Heh, wait a minute. Feminism is about equality, not the belittling or putting down of men. What happened this morning in my yoga class is typical of the types of responses I’m hearing from women lately.
This type of thing happens because we showed up, desperate, and without clarity about what we really wanted. The same applies to manifesting your Soulmate. You already know what you DON’T want. So let’s put the main focus on putting together a list of what you DO WANT that is in alignment with your core values, and expresses what you want to experience and share in your new relationship.
It’s easy to want to sprint through to the end of the year without stopping and taking a moment to acknowledge the year that’s been, all that you have achieved, and all the growth that’s taken place. In fact, I’ve heard a lot of people say they can’t wait for this year to be over, or that this year was their worst year yet. (I’ve even heard peeps refer to 2016 as ‘two thousand and shit-teen’!) Now sure, I understand you may have had a challenging year — but it’s all perfect. Everything always is! Everything is always unfolding the way it’s supposed to. So, before you write this year off as a total shit sandwich, please take a moment to reflect back… you may be pleasantly surprised.

Before you begin the manifestation process, you must take the necessary time to release all your disbelief in your power to be happy. One of the best ways to clear the blocks of disbelief is to pray for release. Begin a daily prayer practice of asking the universe to set you free from all the limiting beliefs that block you from believing in your greatness. Stay open for signs from the universe, and show up for the assignments that are brought to you. Universal assignments come in many forms. Maybe you’re guided to the relationship that brings up all your shit so that you have to finally heal your fear. Or maybe you lose your job so that you can learn the lessons of self-reliance and strengthen your self-love. Trust that these assignments, however tough at times, are incredible opportunities for you to clean your energy and clear space to call in what you desire.
For example, you might try keeping a gratitude journal and regularly jotting down benefits you’ve enjoyed because of money you’ve had. You could write “I’m grateful for the money that allowed me to grow up without worrying about whether food would be on the table” or “I’m always grateful for the money that let me have the amazing experience of _____” and “I feel grateful when I think about the money that has permitted me to sleep safely and comfortably each night.”

If you stay within your frame of reference, you cannot create more. Look at your life. What you see is what you can create within the frame of reference you are using right now. Be open to more possibilities by expanding your frame of reference, be willing to change and go in the direction you need to in order to manifest what you want.

Instead of this crazy wrong approach, in your mindset and heartset, you must KNOW that you’re completely 100% dominant over money and that money is completely 100% submissive to you. You’re in total command of it. If you order it to show up, it must obey you. It has no power of its own. It cannot refuse you.
1) Your words and thoughts are REAL. The life you are living right now is the result of your thoughts. If you focus on FEAR, dwelling on the “what ifs” then you’ll attract the things that you are trying so hard to avoid. To bypass fear, focus on the present moment – there’s no point rehashing the past or worrying about the future. To manifest what you desire, you must be mindful and joyful in the present moment.
All that was spread out over a period of five days. On day seven I was offered (out of the clear blue) $70,000 to sell my interest in a house I own. It was a more than fair deal, and solved a couple other challenges at the time, so I accepted. But the money wasn’t in hand by day ten, so I didn’t count it.
Meditation is extremely helpful to gather thoughts and get organized. Start to analyze yourself. What are your deepest passions? What is your mission in life, and what kind of a person can be your company on the journey of the achievement of your dreams? What are you really looking for in a partner?
So, my sweet friend — boil the kettle, whip out your journal, light a candle, or lay on your favourite rug outside and answer these questions with a wide open heart, because we’re about to celebrate the year that’s just been.
If you choose an amount that feels way out of reach, make it smaller. If the amount you have chosen feels too small and that you will still be you had more money after it comes, then make it bigger. Most importantly, whatever amount of money you are choosing to have, mean what you say. This is so simple, but this is where most people fall down and the rest of their efforts don’t yield successful results.
While these examples are quite general, they illustrate the importance of acting on the little nudges you receive from the Universe. Maybe you’ll meet the mate of your dreams at a wedding or at some other function you’re on the fence about attending.
Do like I did with Emily when she kept finding bottle caps and smudges. Praise yourself for succeeding at what you’re already manifesting, and then command your senses to adjust to a more abundant part of the spectrum of reality. Be patient with yourself — you’ll get it.
A very good advice here would be to take a time, each night before sleeping, place the hands on each other’s hearts, and look deeply into each other’s eyes. Try to penetrate into the soul of your partner.

Is there something that you’ve been needing lately that you’ve been putting off cause you’ve been subconsciously telling yourself “I don’t deserve it?” For example: Have you known that you need to go to the dentist but you’ve been putting it off forever?
