Have a strong desire. Now we know where we’re going and we need something that energizes the vision. If you’re flying to Hawaii, you know that plane needs fuel to get there. The same works for your vision, you need the right fuel so you can manifest it. Have a vision that moves you and each time you think about it, you feel lighter and joyful. These are the emotions that will get you where you want to go. Dare to dream and think big, it will help you to literally energize your vision.
It is also one of the most challenging because we are instantly confronted by our limitations. If we don’t treat ourselves for these limitations, I believe we risk remaining prisoners of our own version of “what is,” or our current reality. I’m particularly interested in those wild ideas about “what could be” that leap into our minds and crash up against our beliefs about what is possible for us. We attract painful situations using our subconscious mind. To use your example of a woman in an abusive relationship, of course a woman consciously thinks, “I want a kind and caring partner” but as a child she learned that she wasn’t good enough, and as a result her subconscious mind now believes she doesn’t deserve a loving relationship. The subconscious mind thinks that love comes from people who don’t love and appreciate her, and her abusive partner reflects all of the limiting beliefs she holds about herself. Lets also not forget that this relationship did not simply fall into the woman’s lap– she agreed to go on the date. She agreed to be in a relationship with this person. And after the person began to behave abusively — through words or actions, the woman had a choice to immediately leave the situation, or to stay in it. If she doesn’t leave, then every moment she stays she is actively creating that abusive situation in her life. None of us are victims even though it appears that way on the surface, to upgrade to a better state of existence we simply need to find and question those beliefs that are holding us back and stopping us from attracting what we truly desire. Sometimes this can take years of therapy, or just a few minutes. It depends on how open and willing we are to see ourselves as we really are, it can be very upsetting to face our deepest wounds and admit how we hurt and damage other people in response to our inner pain. I read this a few days ago and decided to try it. I heard of smelling money before but for some reason, I didn’t keep up with it. So, on Monday I smelled money every hour for about 5 or 6 hours. I smelled it and gave Thanks for all the prosperity and abundance that I have in my life right now and what was coming to me! That night, I wrote a list of reasons as to why I love money and I reread it. For the next few days, I smelled money (some days weren’t every hour but 3-5 times throughout the day) , read my list 1-3 times a day and I just tried my best to have positive feelings about money!
To really understand the Law of Attraction, tune in to your perspective of your relationship with the universe. In other words, it’s important to examine how you feel about the way the universe interacts with you.
Consciously focus your time and energy on seeing your dream already manifested in the world. What would it look like? What would it feel like? When your dream has manifested what would you hear, taste, touch? What impact will your project have in the world?
Since we now have a toddler and I’m working on my own new business, I haven’t been as big a part of the business as I used to. Giving your money a purpose shows the Universe you are clear and specific on what you want. And, if you study the Universe, manifestation, and the Law of Attraction, the Universe loves specificity. So get clear. Massively clear.
Similarly, for money manifestation, visualize checking your bank account online, seeing the increased balance, feel the relief of paying your next bill from the money received, your partner shaking your hand and giving you a hug, you smell the perfume.
You’ve lost faith. When you’ve been looking for love for a long time, you may stop believing that there’s such a thing as a soul mate and may be tempted to settle for an “okay” relationship rather than committing to a mission to find love.
Objections will come up in your mind and your body and it is important to sort these out using EFT. Many of these objections relate to values conflicts. Frequently, we have developed false associations toward what we think we might have to do or become in order to achieve our goals. So get these doubts and apprehensions out, preferably onto paper where you can see them, and start to apply EFT to them.
Therefore, it is best to fully identify what you want so it manifests properly the first time, and you don’t have to go back to the drawing board after an “almost perfect” item has shown up in your reality.
6) Use positive affirmations every day. I use an affirmation that covers all of the bases for me! I say it to myself every day, and also have it on my office wall, where I can see it as I work. It is “Happy am I, Healthy an I, Holy am I” Use this affirmation, or come up with one that resonates with you. Let the words sink into your heart and soul – they are your natural state.
Multi-sensory visualization. Take your creative visualization further and begin to spend longer daily sessions imagining every aspect of being with your soulmate. The stronger this mental image, the stronger the pull you will exert on them. Think not only about how they will look but also how they will sound, smell and feel. You might also try picturing significant moments in your life, such as sharing a bed for the first time, getting married or having children.

The analogy I like to use it this: When you walk into your favorite coffee hangout what is the first thing you do? Place your order. You confidently tell the barista, “I will have a tall, half-caff, low-fat mocha latte, with a splash of non-sugar vanilla syrup to go.” The barista smiles, writes your order on the side of a cup and takes your money. Lately I’ve been teaching my daughter Emily (age 10) how to manifest coins. I do this by turning it into a game. When we’re out walking together, I challenge her to see if she can find more coins than I can.
