Later on she began noticing things that were close to coins, but not coins. She found bottle caps, paper clips, scraps of paper, and coin-like smudges on the floor — everything but coins. I kept pointing out to her that there are coins everywhere, but you have to tune in to the “coin abundance frequency” to see them. Each time I found a coin and showed it to her, I could tell it was gradually helping her tune in to the right perceptual frequency.
Maybe you feel lonely so you want a lover to keep you company. Maybe you feel like it’s you against the world and you’re looking for a sense of partnership. Maybe you feel undesirable and you want to feel wanted and appreciated.
Be specific about what your desire is. It is not necessary to say that I wish that I had more money and money will just manifest before you. You have to know specifically what is it / how much is it that you want. It is very important to know what you want. Therefore, it would be a helpful exercise worth spending some of your time to write down specifically what you want.
So think back to the dream relationship you wrote down in the first exercise. Why not start talking to that person like they’re actually here? You totally can. What would you be saying to them right now? First thing in the morning? Last thing before bed? Have a conversation out loud with them in your car or in the shower. Or if you can’t bring yourself to actually do it out loud, write a letter, email or even a nice long text.
Simply find the feeling of compassion within yourself and let it radiate to others. To perform this meditation, imagine the warmth and desire that stirs within you to help a small child or an injured animal and allow that you radiate from you.
When you notice that you’re getting frustrated, pause, breathe, and go back to the desire side. Hold that vision of the creation you wish to experience, and wallow in the positive sensations of being there in your heart, mind, and spirit. Know that physical reality will soon catch up, as long as you keep holding the right vibe.
Who do you want to be with? What do you want the relationship to feel like? The answers to these questions will give you a good idea of who you’re looking for! And a helpful thing to know when you’re seeking love.
You may not realize it but resenting someone or being unwilling to forgive them actually binds you to them. Make a list of the ex-lovers with whom you are still harboring grudges or resentment. Write each a detailed letter expressing your upset. Give yourself permission to go full out as you will never mail these letters. Then, write a second letter – this time from your ex-loves point of view. Then read all the letters out loud to your self with the intention of allowing any remaining animosity to dissipate. When we heal the scars of our pasts we open the door to a more fulfilling future.
For example, if you dreamed that you were being chased by an ominous creature through the dark streets of a strange city, that would be the manifest content of the dream. What that dream might actually mean, or the interpretation of its symbolic meaning, would be considered the latent content.
Imagine waking up every morning and reading a list of the great things in your life right now. It would definitely put you in a better mood and shift your perspective to find other things that make you happy. Like attracts like.
On the other hand, self-love is attractive and attracts potential mates. Make a list of ten characteristics you love about yourself and put this list where you can see it every day. It doesn’t really matter what is on the list as long as it easily generates good feelings that you have toward yourself.
Detachment, on the other hand, is about how those desires ultimately manifest for you. When you become too attached to when and how your desires show up, you screw up the manifesting process. Instead of holding the vibe of playfulness and abundance, you start sending out signals like concern, worry, and stress. Don’t do that!
It is really easy to focus on all that is wrong with our lives, especially when it comes to our money issues. Our negative feelings are strong, and have a lot of pull behind them..we can get sucked in deep the second we start feeling them. But, you have to realize you have a choice regarding where you put your focus. You get to decide how you feel about your life. You get to decide whether you will keep telling yourself the same story or be willing to craft a new one.
Or, you can set a goal for the month. Pick a number that feels scary, but not too scary. That feels doable, but not too doable. Pick something you’ll have to work for. Then, do the same steps: Add up your non-negotiables and see what you have left. Take that cushion and dedicate it to savings, retirement, stocks, clothing, spa days, etc.
This is not meant to be an exhaustive and comprehensive business plan with all the details and tasks in it. Maybe this will happen at a later stage when you will have your own company already working with profit and with many employees, but for now, keep it simple.
Seriously – as counter-intuitive as it seems, don’t think about the stuff. Focus instead on the end result of the money: visualize yourself not with “a” roof over your head, but “the roof you want.” Visualize yourself not with the basic necessities (or that’s all you’ll ever attract) but in the IDEAL situation. Be open to opportunities and ACT on them immediately! The less you think about money and the more you focus on the things and experiences and situations you want, the more you’ll detach from money and then it will come quite easily to you (as you act on those inspired opportunities).
