Hi I purchased this book after a REALLY bad breakup a couple years ago. If i told u what happened, you would have thought yeah it’s over. We both live in completely different states. Looking at him you would think he has alllll these women on top of him n have moved on. I NEVER contacted him. This book WORKS n have set me on the path to learning how to use law of attraction to put my life back together. Just a few words of advice: this book works when you do everything in it n you LET GO. it took forever to work because i had the hardest time letting go. the VERY moment i let go (ex. when i just started throwing his pictures away) n just genuinely ok and happy with my life as it is n if he didn’t come back that i was a-OK is WHEN he came right back on his own. A next word of advice: you have to stop looking at what is going on in front of you, even it it denies the very thing u want. you have to live FROM the invisible, but REAL world of having him back already. thirdly: it doesn’t matter if they are seeing someone else because everything is energy and your raised vibration can switch things around so much that the person they may be seeing is swiftly taken out of the picture in a peaceful manner. Mind you, we hadn’t spoken since the middle of 2013 and he came back the beginning of 2015. Still, since seeing my power in willing romantic relationship with him, i have now turned my attention to someone else because seeing this work is pretty amazing; it’s effortless. this book is a gold mine because it’s your secret weapon in life. give a chance. u have absolutely nothing to lose.
The most important part of this step is to clarify how you want to feel. When you get clear on how you want to feel, you can begin to access that feeling. That feeling is what makes the manifestation come into form. You can write a thousand lists and make a million vision boards, but if you don’t clearly feel what you want to experience, it will never truly manifest into form.
These last few minutes before you sleep, the time where you are in between being awake and asleep, it is the most important time for you to focus on the positive and focus on what you want in your life. Your subconscious mind will take this information and use it for the next 8 hours of sleep. You will be focusing your powerful subconscious on finding ways to attract the perfect loving relationship for you.
Also, this step is important because it allows you to really feel the gratification of what it’s like when you’ve attracted your desire. It solidifies your belief and reinforces the visualization you worked on in the first step. Jump into this final step with joy and enthusiasm!
Can I follow the same steps to manifest friendship with a specific person? I would love to get to know them as we have similar interests and both share the same passion but live two very different lifestyles which is why I have never approached them. But I suppose if you can manifest love than manifesting friendship should be just as easy, right?
This final exercise can help you overcome inhibitions that make this final step feel really silly. Some people struggle with feelings of embarrassment and shame, even when alone. What’s the harm in acting out an imaginary scenario when no one is there to witness it? It still feels silly, doesn’t it?

Great stuff! 😉 One I noticed (that people should take away from your experiment) is that when you wrote in your journal you were really feeling it (I can just tell by the way you were writing it) and even though you added details of how it was coming, you weren’t attached to that specific HOW – you were just telling a story that made you feel really good as if it already happened and your vibration alone was the key to having it come to you for real!
