I did your guided meditation last night. It was an intense experience for me. By the end I was crying but it helped me stop caring about the outcome which i think was the one thing I was having trouble with.
Much of Freud’s psychoanalytic theory centered on helping people bring these hidden, unconscious thoughts and feelings into awareness. Freud believed that the latent content of dreams is suppressed and hidden by the subconscious mind to protect the individual from thoughts and feelings that are hard to cope with. While the mind hides these feelings in the unconscious and subconscious mind, such thoughts, fears, and desires still have a way of influencing conscious thoughts and behaviors.
I have been willing to ask you this question for a while now as I feel like you might be the best person to do so. In no mean I aim to challenge you and your choices. Rather opposite I would love to understand more so I can have clearer picture on different knowledge which has been presented to us about food and health. I love your work and really respect what you do and how you inspire women, including me.
Displacement involves replacing one thing with something else. In a dream, you might yourself irrationally upset with a relatively trivial or seemingly harmless object or person. Freud would suggest that this object is simply a stand-in for the thing that is truly bothering you.
1) Healing Your Heart. To be human is to risk being wounded. Whether we experienced a difficult childhood or were rejected, or abused by a previous lover, the fact is that deep down at the level of the heart, we all have emotional wounds that need healing.
It’s pretty much the same with every other big achievement in life. You might know what you want to do, the general plan discussed above, but never the exact steps, the exacts tasks, and the exact things you need to do in order to manifest what you want.
Arielle: In addition to healing your heart from past relationships, you need to create a clear intention. The analogy I like to use it this: When you walk into your favorite coffee hangout what is the first thing you do? Place your order. You confidently tell the barista, “I will have a tall, half-caff, low-fat mocha latte, with a splash of non-sugar vanilla syrup to go.” The barista smiles, writes your order on the side of a cup and takes your money. Within minutes you are walking out the door with the precise, delicious cup of coffee that you ordered. Ordering up a soul mate from the Universe works in a similar way. It’s not always as instantaneous but it can be just as precise. But to have the Universe to deliver your perfect soul mate, you must first clearly place your order. This isn’t quite as easy as it sounds. You must first search your heart for what you really, really desire. By now you know what you don’t want but you need to ask for what you do want. In the Soulmate Kit we explain how to place your order by creating a detailed list and we then provide a variety of rituals to do to release your list to the Universe.
Truthfully, you’re not seeking THE perfect partner – you’re seeking YOUR perfect partner. They’re good for you where it matters most, and imperfect where it doesn’t. Trust your instincts, not what other people think they know about what you need.

2) Limiting beliefs and fears get in the way of conscious manifestation, and most people skip over this part of the process. I don’t. In this course, I’ll teach you how to easily overcome your low-vibes and fears about love so you manifest/create what you most desire in your life.
Yes, you may dread a couple of things on your list, but will you be happy once you do it? If the answer is yes, keep it on your list. Break down big actions into small steps so they are digestible. Consistency is key.
That means getting clear on what you want, being a vibrational match and using advanced Law of Attraction techniques, like oneness and heart energy, to attract the specific person you want. My step-by-step system works for everyone. You can use it for the man you have a crush on at the local drugstore or for the “one that got away.”
2) De-Cluttering your Mind. De-Cluttering your Mind means exactly that. It means letting go or releasing any fears or beliefs you have about love that are keeping love away from you. For example, many people believe they have some kind of fatal flaw or secret that may repulse others. For women, it normally is something physical, and for men, it is normally something in their financial situation or career. These insecurities will lead you to having thoughts such as:
In The Soulmate Secret there are processes, projects and emotional release techniques that assist in healing the heart and opening up to love. I wrote The Soulmate Secret so that everyone could have access to finding the relationship of their dreams.
If something like the paragraph written above is what goes through your mind when you’re trying to attract a mate, then it’s no wonder you haven’t manifested a relationship. That kind of thinking is a mentality of lack. No matter what you’re thinking about, you won’t attract anything with a mindset like that.
You can probably already see how this applies to relationships. How many desperate people do you see in good relationships? What did focusing on their own lack and loneliness and emptiness do for them? Are other people attracted to them?
You could have a library stacked with Law of Attraction books. You could go to all of the big seminars. You could even spend years studying under the world’s greatest masters. But until you’re willing…
There’s a lot of scientific research behind the effects of mindfulness, and it’s well beyond the scope of this guide. What you should know is that mindfulness is proven to relieve things like anxiety and depression and has an incredibly beneficial effect on things like blood pressure, the immune system, heart rate and even cancer.
