During these eight weeks, you are given exercises and suggestions that shift your energy little by little while building momentum over the course of the eight weeks to change the trajectory of your financial future.
In the initial stages of visualization, it’s best to identify as many aspects about this manifestation as you can. For example, if you want to attract a new car, take the time to figure out the exact model and all of the options that you would optimally want.
When manifesting money, start small and work up to larger amounts. See it as a score you’re aiming to increase, but don’t put larger amounts on a pedestal by assuming they’re more difficult to manifest.
You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.

It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
I dare say she’s probably better at finding coins than I am now. She now knows there are coins everywhere, but she also really gets into the playful and competitive spirit of the game, which is much more exciting for her than it is for me. I think partly she likes knowing that it’s a fair game that either of us can win, and there’s no reason she can’t be at least as skillful as I am.
Is there someone that you’re already seeing romantically, but you keep poisoning the connection by asking yourself when it’s going to turn into a “real” relationship? Are you driving the person away with demands and desperation?
Also, pay attention to your surroundings, do they reflect what you want? Take a look around yourself, are you in a place that helps to reinforce your thoughts and beliefs? Remember, this is all about you!
To motivate yourself, look around and you may find people whom you already know who have manifested and are regularly attracting things they want using law of attraction. They are regularly and actively putting efforts into the process.
7. LIVE YOUR LIFE FROM YOUR HEART. This might be the MOST IMPORTANT step. Make sure all your interactions come from a place of love. What you put out into the Universe comes back to you. This is a Universal truth. If you’re putting out negative, ego-based, selfish energy – THAT’S what you’ll bring back to you. I can’t emphasize this enough. I really believe this is the true secret to manifesting the life of your dreams. If you put out loving energy, it WILL return to you. I promise.
Read your Goal Card every day for as much, and for as many times as you can. Do this especially before sleeping and immediately after you wake up in the morning. Read it both out loud and in silence. Put REAL Emotions in it, and believe that this is true.

You have to love yourself before you can love others. You need to take care of yourself, appreciate, and treat yourself with respect. This will boost your loving capability and also help you understand what the other person expects from you.
Projection involves placing your unacceptable feelings on someone else. For example, you might dream that someone in your life dislikes you, but in reality, you dislike them. This type of distortion reduces your anxiety by allowing you to express the feeling, but in a way that your ego does not recognize.

How does soulmate love feel to you? What goes on in your brain or your chest or your belly when you see that person? Joyful, excited, relieved, secure, happy, anticipatory or content? Feel the feelings, imagine the conversations you’ll have and fake it till you make it. It’s better to ‘live as if’ rather than focus on the lack of the relationship. “It’s been x months/years and it still hasn’t happened” is living in insufficiency and that’s hardly what you want. Don’t live in the reality of what’s missing, you don’t get love by focusing on the love you don’t have—live as if you’ve already found your soulmate and share the love you have in your soul with everyone!
Or, you can set a goal for the month. Pick a number that feels scary, but not too scary. That feels doable, but not too doable. Pick something you’ll have to work for. Then, do the same steps: Add up your non-negotiables and see what you have left. Take that cushion and dedicate it to savings, retirement, stocks, clothing, spa days, etc.

Approaching your fears and doubts with love and compassion is very difficult. Negative emotions are quite overpowering and limiting, and as a result, are hard to feel a lot of love for. Have patience with yourself and try out a loving kindness meditation.
1. Replace your limiting beliefs and quiet your inner critic. If you’re reading this, you already know that you’re not satisfied with your current situation. The first step in the right direction is to change the beliefs that are keeping you from growing beyond it. Limiting thoughts such as; “who would want me?” or “I’m too fat to have my soul mate come into my life.” You must free your mind and believe that any outcome is possible.
As with all Law of Attraction work, trying to manifest love requires you look at the underlying assumption that holds you back. In this case, limiting beliefs might block you from finding love. Try to write them down, then identify where they came from and (most importantly) write down a contradictory belief that you can then turn into a daily affirmation.
