Having just started to read about the law of attraction, I realized that I was already putting some of the practices to use. I just finished reading the Secret and this book is pretty much the same thing but more focused on love. By reading these books I realized that I originally attracted my love because I was shearing emiting love and radiance. I was in a great place and felt very confident. As the relationship grew, we allowed negativity in and I quickly lost focus on the positive as did he and then poof, it was gone. I was devastated because I know this is my soul mate and even though I have this gut feeling we WILL get back together, I was left with my head spinning. This book really helped put things into perspective and has made me realize, I need to get back to that old me. The woman that was already confident, joyful, loving and radiant. I am confident that I will attract my ideal relationship back, whether with its with my ex or someone better. This is a great book to read to shift the focus back on to YOU.

I’m so on a roll right now…LOVE IT! Took my little guy to another appointment today. Although I brought snacks with me, I did’t eat them. I was too busy carrying little man in his car seat and wishing I had brought his stroller instead. I was so hungry! I kept thinking about other snacks but I had no money. I would walk by a little stand and think about what I could get from there if I had some change on me.
A crucial step in this process is to begin to put it outside yourself, begin to bring a representation of it into the world. There are many ways of doing this, all of which work differently for different individuals. (First thing to treat yourself for is the belief that you need to set goals according to someone else’s formula—even mine!) Some examples are writing it down, drawing or painting a picture of it, saying you will do it or have it, making a three-dimensional representation of it like a sculpture, and so on. Or taking some physical action toward it.
Develop an unflappable belief. Very likely you haven’t manifested what you desire because deep down you don’t believe that it could be yours. This is absolutely common and there is nothing bad about it. Nevertheless, if you lack the belief that it can be yours then it CANNOT manifest. With your disbelief you block the manifestation. Let’s say that you have a clear vision with strong desire but you don’t believe that it could happen for you. Then what happens is like saying; ‘’Actually, I cannot have it. I don’t believe that it can be mine.” The Universe responds; “so be it”. Why don’t you believe that it can be yours? Dig deep within yourself to find out what you belief is and then work on changing it.
Remember, we live in a universe where everything is created twice, first in the non-physical, then in the physical. The more you focus on telling the old story, the more you’ll be attracting circumstances and experiences that will sustain and perpetuate your old story. So what is the solution?
Next, you want to do things that speak symbolically to your subconscious. To do this, you want to think “in pictures” (like having a vision board, which is a well known Law of Attraction technique.)
So, practice freeing your body — dance like nobody’s watching. That’s all it takes to make this exercise work. Find a place where you can be alone and just let loose. Music or no music, let your body move however it wants to. Don’t think. Just do.

Don’t worry about whether or not he/she is interested in you or out with someone else. When you do so, you’re observing the absence of the love relationship. You’re so aware of your current relationship and lack thereof, that you’re keeping yourself separate from the relationship you do want.
It does not mean bullying or forcing your soul mate into things that they are not interested into. It means to understand them when they err, forgive their mistakes, respect them and love them. Also, if you make mistakes, don’t be egoistic to ask for forgiveness.
I went to the store and spent that money and gave love to the release of it. I actually needed that money for bus fair to pick up my check on Friday. I told myself, God will make a way for me to pick my check up.
