When your belief is that you are not worthy, that is what you’re going to attract back to yourself – more situations that reinforce this feeling. The point here is, that you have to learn to love yourself and put yourself first. It may sound a bit harsh, but it’s really not. If you treat yourself with love and respect, it won’t take long for others to do it too.
A group of 4,000 meditators volunteered to meditate on peace and love to reduce the amount of crime in the high-crime Washington, DC area. A team of scientists and researchers approached the project without bias and tested for every variable imaginable.
When you’re in the know, you’re deliberate about what you want. When you’re in the know, you no longer vibrate energy of fear or disbelief. You just know. As your disbelief wilts away, wanting is replaced by knowing. Getting into the know happens naturally. When you diligently practice steps one through four, you will clean house, get clear and feel happier. This process is healing and powerful, and it leads to a deep inner knowing that you are right where you need to be. Accepting your greatness in this moment, right now, is what manifests more greatness. Being in the know helps you accept that you already are living in your desired manifestation. When you feel it, you live it — regardless of what is happening on the outside. In time, the universe catches up with your energy and your desires come into form. This process of allowing the manifestation to follow your internal faith is the true process of co-creation.

Support yourself. Reality just reflects back to you your own support. So if you feel like the Universe has forgotten you and your dreams then look at the way you support your dreams. By ignoring your dreams or withdrawing from them, you create the kind of reality that is ignoring you and your dreams as well.

1. WRITE WHAT YOU DESIRE DOWN IN THE FORM OF “I AM.” Writing down what you desire in the form of “I am” brings it to the present time, as if it’s already happening NOW. This is important because you don’t want to keep your desire out in the future, you want it here now. So by saying “I am” you’re acting as if you already have what you desire. An example might be: I am walking through the beautiful cobblestone streets of Paris with the love of my life.
Get your conscious and subconscious minds on the same page. This step requires that you explore and unearth your underlying beliefs about men and relationships. This isn’t always easy; it’s called the subconscious for a reason. I didn’t know I had a subconscious belief that I was destined to be an old maid like my Aunt Betsey. But as soon as I became conscious of this belief, and that it was sabotaging my relationships, it disappeared. No matter how much we might think we want a relationship, if our inner beliefs don’t agree it will keep love away.

Listen, you may not fully trust in LOA in every fiber of your being…I don’t know if there is anyone who has truly made that total shift from just getting it in theory. And for this reason, it will be a challenge sometimes to shift your focus; you will get caught up in the crap. You may not always feel great. This is all normal and expected.

The first method for manifesting money into your life is by knowing that it will happen. You quite literally cannot anticipate it to occur if you don’t know, wholeheartedly, that it will come to pass. You need to know it and you need to own that you know it. Regardless of whatever else is going in your life, knowing that something will eventually happen is an incredibly powerful way for manifesting things.

To manifest whatever you want in your life – A luxury yacht, a sports car, an expensive watch, a diamond necklace, a big house or a million dollars of money, you have to think constantly in mind about that in a positive way with mental images and feelings that you are already enjoying the possession of that money or jewelry or watch or the house.
Therefore, it is best to fully identify what you want so it manifests properly the first time, and you don’t have to go back to the drawing board after an “almost perfect” item has shown up in your reality.
Detachment, on the other hand, is about how those desires ultimately manifest for you. When you become too attached to when and how your desires show up, you screw up the manifesting process. Instead of holding the vibe of playfulness and abundance, you start sending out signals like concern, worry, and stress. Don’t do that!
