If there is a specific person you’re interested in, be careful about making them your focus because to attract someone specific can easily backfire. Sure, get to know them if you don’t already, but this has to be about you, your beliefs and attitude about yourself.
Just as it’s a fool’s errand to expect your partner to fulfill your every whim and desire, you shouldn’t settle for something way below reasonable standards just because you think you “can’t do better.”
This plan should be like one A4 page and that’s it. Make sure that you read it every day and remind yourself where you are going. This will decrease your procrastination and you can use it like a blueprint, a map that leads to your goal.
The degree of your self-acceptance will dictate the quality of your relationship. If you try to manifest a relationship when you’re full of desperation and you have low self-esteem, you may indeed succeed, but the relationship will almost certainly be sub-par. You might drive your partner away, unconsciously cause drama in your relationship, or–more likely–attract a partner who is not good for you.

Let the images and sound increase your vibration so that it is in alignment w/ and prosperity. Watch the images and feel how exciting it would be to have that money., then…allow it to come to you!
Instead of staring into the void of your loneliness and hoping someone will show up, the best way to manifest a relationship with a good partner is to fill that void yourself first. Happy, self-sufficient people are attracted to the same kind of people after all.
I’ve noticed that as I’ve shifted my vibe to manifest larger sums of money and to manifest new experiences in other parts of my life, I seem to fall out of resonance with manifesting smaller sums. I’m not as good at manifesting coins as I was in 2006. That’s because my vibe isn’t tuned in to the coin manifesting frequency as much. These days I’m spending more time using the LoA to manifest cool social connections and travel experiences. I’ve tuned my vibe to focus on that part of the perceptual frequency. I also feel more excited and playful about manifesting in these other areas as opposed to adding to my financial score.
At the end of the experiment, those who imagined they were physically younger showed signs of de-aging. Blood pressure was lowered, arthritis was diminished and even eyesight and hearing in this control group improved. By simply imagining themselves younger, some physical aging was actually reversed. Their thoughts and imagination made this happen.

Deciding what you want is the first and most critical step in the Law of Attraction. You need a really clear vision of your desire. Whether you wish to attract something minor, or you’re looking for a huge overhaul of your life, be clear about what you truly want.
So to be clear: step one is to define what you want to manifest. And, as explained elsewhere, you must have a strong desire for that outcome to happen, resolute belief that it will happen, and a high level of expectation or expectancy that it is possible for it to happen. There are many techniques to do that.
