Lately I’ve been teaching my daughter Emily (age 10) how to manifest coins. I do this by turning it into a game. When we’re out walking together, I challenge her to see if she can find more coins than I can.

This simple exercise changes your feelings about money. It quickly shifts you from pushing money away to allowing it into your life. Instead of focusing on how much money you need, you change your vibration to one of allowing yourself to manifest money today.

Or, you can set a goal for the month. Pick a number that feels scary, but not too scary. That feels doable, but not too doable. Pick something you’ll have to work for. Then, do the same steps: Add up your non-negotiables and see what you have left. Take that cushion and dedicate it to savings, retirement, stocks, clothing, spa days, etc.

So you do it again and again and again and by the end of the morning, you’re likely to have carved a pretty strong little track, ensuring that you head down the same path and wind up at the same place every time.  Does that make sense? Exactly the same thing happens with our thoughts and our brains. In science, this is called ‘Neuro-plasticity”.

Allow the universe to handle the details, and don’t be concerned with how the money will manifest. Just focus on the intention by taking guided action. When you receive small amounts of money, do not try to justify it rationally, just be thankful and believe that your intention of manifesting money is finally happening. Slowing in time, you will manifest larger and larger amounts.

I would like to share with you the power of using the Law of Attraction to manifest your dreams. The Law of Attraction states that whatever can be imagined, is achievable. I am a big believer in the power of manifestation. A lot of people have goals and dreams, but they never achieve them. Why?

The truth is you might not even know what will make you happy. Loosen up a bit. Stop focusing so hard on things being perfect, and welcome what comes with happiness. That will signal the world to send more of it.

This can be anything you want and is best to be something that you love doing. Maybe you love to write? Perhaps you want to design? How about traditional commerce? Maybe you want to have a local store for organic fruits and vegetables?

Therefore, it is best to fully identify what you want so it manifests properly the first time, and you don’t have to go back to the drawing board after an “almost perfect” item has shown up in your reality.

So, practice freeing your body — dance like nobody’s watching. That’s all it takes to make this exercise work. Find a place where you can be alone and just let loose. Music or no music, let your body move however it wants to. Don’t think. Just do.
