Limiting beliefs serve as a false sense of protection. Think for a moment that you hurt yourself trying something new and then you never tried it again. This is the start of creating a negative thought pattern, and fear based living. You become fearful of failing or chip away at your self-worth and self- acceptance. Limiting beliefs begins to rob you of reaching your full potential, and with everything, you can begin to remove the things which no longer serve or add good things to your life.
The only failure comes in not attempting. There is no actual failure in giving your all whatever the results. Just be sure to learn from so-called failures, as usually they contain the greatest lessons.
Financial abundance is the number one reason people become interested in the Law of Attraction. It’s no wonder. Working tirelessly for small paychecks is exhausting and when life starts throwing unexpected expenses your way, debt can seem inevitable.

Anyway, what I wanted to ask you why meat? 🙂 I know you are a big into diet rich in meat and bone broth and I know that yeas ago you were rather on the other side of it. Is there any particular knowledge, source that convinced you other wise? It is just hard for me to go on board of that meaty diet when I see huge research like The China Study and the C.Esselstyn (and few other strong sources like that) which shows the harm which eating meat does to human body. Or ignore amazing people like Hiromi Shinya, the pioneer of modern colonoscopy who claims human’s body is not designed to digest meat well. Fish yes, but not meat. How do you go about it? If there are such a strong evidence of meat not being that good to us. I would really love to her your idea on that as I know you have read many sources and gave many things a lot of thoughts. I am a bit confused and I am trying to find more answers even though I know there will never be one straight answer in this discussion of human diet and health 🙂 I would really appreciate your outlook on that as as I said before I really respect you as a knowledgable, real and caring person and health coach. If you’ve read that book, you’ll know that in the chapter on relationships it explains that in order to attract someone who likes you, first of all you have to like yourself. This is very important, because if you don’t like yourself, you’ll be sending out the wrong kind of vibes (vibrations) to a potential partner.
You don’t have to fear being alone and sad if you let your partner go. Learn to embrace this time you have to be yourself without the fear of judgement. Go do the things that you always wanted to do, but didn’t do out of the fear that it would affect your partner.
The first time I did this, she was really bad at it. I found several coins during our walk together, often coins that she walked right past without even noticing. Instead of finding coins, she didn’t notice anything. The coins didn’t register within her perceptual reality.

1. Replace your limiting beliefs and quiet your inner critic. If you’re reading this, you already know that you’re not satisfied with your current situation. The first step in the right direction is to change the beliefs that are keeping you from growing beyond it. Limiting thoughts such as; “who would want me?” or “I’m too fat to have my soul mate come into my life.” You must free your mind and believe that any outcome is possible.
For example, you might include a vase of purple flowers, a green plant, or anything that has a golden color – i.e. a photo frame. It will not be long until the Universe will bring you a lot more money than ever before.
It’s pretty much the same with every other big achievement in life. You might know what you want to do, the general plan discussed above, but never the exact steps, the exacts tasks, and the exact things you need to do in order to manifest what you want.

In the same way, if you are trying to manifest “financial freedom” make sure you know what that means to you. How much money is that a month/a year? What will you spend it on? So take some time to think about it, make a spreadsheet if you need to, come up with a specific number and write it down.
Deal-breaker items could include: if the person has some form of alcohol or substance addiction or abuse, if they are married or in another relationship, if they are physically or verbally abusive, and even if they smoke. For some people, smoking is not a big deal, but for me, I just can’t stand kissing someone after they’ve had a smoke, so I decided to include it in my deal-breaker list. What are your deal- breakers? All you need is three.
Complete several rounds of tapping on the idea and feeling of being there, doing that, having that, being that kind of person (“Even though I have this ___”, “Even though I am this kind of person…”, “Even though I have achieved ___”).
