Some people in therapy believe that they are a product of everything that has happened to them. This is called an external locus of control because these people believe they are not in control of their lives. The goal of therapy is for patients to realize that they actually have an internal locus of control.
Also, don’t be a cynic and don’t be jealous for other happy couples. Be happy that other people found their ideal partners and feel it from the bottom of your heart. Be really happy for them, regardless of how hard this may seem to you. What you put out it will come back! If you radiate love and happiness, that’s exactly what will come back to you!
Be aware of environmental influences. We all impact each other in obvious and subtle ways. Negative people can weigh you down and affect your results. Surround yourself with a support team who can help you deliver on your potential.
Practice any and all of the exercises you want to. Try every exercise at least once. There are no hard and fast rules, so feel free to tweak these exercises and make them your own. These are aids to help you overcome any challenges you might face while attempting to work with the Law of Attraction.

#2 Do loving things for you. Is there something that you’ve been needing lately that you’ve been putting off cause you’ve been subconsciously telling yourself “I don’t deserve it?” For example: Have you known that you need to go to the dentist but you’ve been putting it off forever? Have you realized that you need to make a diet or lifestyle change but you keep shoving it in the back of your mind? Have you been feeling like you’ve been needing some support from a therapist or coach but you’ve been putting it off for months?
So, practice mutual trust, share your problems often and be completely honest and open in front of each other. A very good technique is to create mutual affirmations and read them together every night before sleeping.
The good news is that Law of Attraction money is easy to come by. Once you learn the techniques, you’ll start to see changes really quickly. Many people report unexpected checks, seemingly random job opportunities and even literally finding money as some of the first results when working with the Law of Attraction.
But do we realize, our soul carries our past memories as well our future destiny. We are inseparable from our past, our habits, our behavious, our weaknesses and strengths. And past is important, how can we not want to remember our good events of life i.e. magical birthdays, wedding ceremonies and so many more pleasant memories. Similarly, our future is created using our talents, actions, patterns of life. Yes, sad, traumatic and not so good memories create pain. Wouldn’t that be great, if we can learn to remove sad past events out of our memory permanently? This way our future can also become better as most of the times, our mind is hooked to the past and our power to create a positive future diminishes.
This is how it works: think of yourself now and think of yourself in your perfect relationship. How are you different? Who do you become once you are in the relationship? Maybe your answer “I become relaxed, confident, loving and kind.” Your answer is your clue to who you must become now.
To prevent the collapse of your relationship, try to avoid questioning and spying on your partners as if you do not trust them. If it is painful to you, it is painful to them too. This ends up creating a rift in your relationship, and at the end, everything comes tumbling down.
I am not exaggerating when I tell you that 3 weeks later I received a phone call that changed my life. A song that I had sent to an advertising agency had been accepted for use in a commercial that would be aired nationally. I would be receiving SAG money for as long as the commercial was on air, which meant I would be paid every time it was played. I was to complete an additional 8 hours of work to finish some audio components for the commercial, but after signing the contract I could be assured that money was heading my way.
Although this might sound ridiculous at first, it’s a bit like the visualization tip above. It helps you really tune into the reality of money and send out more effective, coherent signals to the Universe about what you want.
Wow, Maria, that is a terrific — and inspiring — story of financial manifesting at its best. That whole “letting go” thing is crucial, isn’t it. The only times I’ve has success with this is when I am able to completely let go of it emotionally.

Putting your ultimate goal out into the world—even just to acknowledge that you wish it—can itself be a scary proposition if the goal is big enough and crazy enough. We ask ourselves (a la Marianne Williamson and Nelson Mandela), “Who am I to think I can be/do/have this?” This thought and the attendant feelings and associations that come with it are what we first need to tap on.
