But, I take it way further than just doing a vision board.  I have found a significant secret to speaking symbolically to my subconscious mind and to the Universe that makes it “real enough” for the Universe to get the drift of my desire and I discuss it in detail in The Effective Positive Thinking Program.

I started with manifesting pennies in the Summer of 2006. Then I graduated to nickels, dimes, and quarters. I focused on quarters for several weeks. After that point I become more interested in non-monetary manifesting and had some especially fun times with manifesting in my social life — friends, mentors, and other yumminess. That can be fun for a while, but eventually you want to focus on more interesting aspects of the game world.

To attract money in your life, start spending it mentally. Access your favorite online store, and start adding to cart or Wish List all of the items you would like to have, but without letting yourself limited by the money you have.

The more you do it, the more your images of future possibility will start to feel more real. Not only will they begin to feel more achievable, but they will also start to become the reality by which you run your life.

The law of attraction communicates to you through your intuition so make sure you are listening and following those gut feelings. Most of all, be open to all possibilities — you never know how the universe will deliver.

1) Your words and thoughts are REAL. The life you are living right now is the result of your thoughts. If you focus on FEAR, dwelling on the “what ifs” then you’ll attract the things that you are trying so hard to avoid. To bypass fear, focus on the present moment – there’s no point rehashing the past or worrying about the future. To manifest what you desire, you must be mindful and joyful in the present moment.

Maybe you feel lonely so you want a lover to keep you company. Maybe you feel like it’s you against the world and you’re looking for a sense of partnership. Maybe you feel undesirable and you want to feel wanted and appreciated.

9. Take note of EVERY form of abundance which is flowing into your experience no matter how small or large. And don’t take inventory (focus on where you aren’t yet) instead trust the universe to deliver exactly what you ask for. The law of the land is Ask and it is given.

Although this might sound ridiculous at first, it’s a bit like the visualization tip above. It helps you really tune into the reality of money and send out more effective, coherent signals to the Universe about what you want.

Remember, you are ‘IT’ for your Soulmate.  If you find yourself feeling competitive, or in a situation where someone else got the person you really liked, simply bless that person silently and continue to be confident that your One will not see passed you, and that you get love no matter what!

For true awareness of what you want, also know your fears and the signals those fears are sending out to the universe. To change them, approach these fears and signals with love and compassion. The next exercise is for this purpose.

Just as it’s a fool’s errand to expect your partner to fulfill your every whim and desire, you shouldn’t settle for something way below reasonable standards just because think you “can’t do better.”

Whenever you start feeling bad about your financial situation, see that as a form of feedback. Let it become an immediate trigger to refocus on your desires. Say to yourself, “Okay, obviously I don’t want this. So what do I want instead?” Then think about happier alternatives; allow your mind to go there, and let the resulting new vibe flow through you.

For example, you might try keeping a gratitude journal and regularly jotting down benefits you’ve enjoyed because of money you’ve had. You could write “I’m grateful for the money that allowed me to grow up without worrying about whether food would be on the table” or “I’m always grateful for the money that let me have the amazing experience of _____” and “I feel grateful when I think about the money that has permitted me to sleep safely and comfortably each night.”

Make the decision that each and every morning, you’ll sit in front of your journal or notebook and write AT LEAST 3 things that you’re deeply grateful for. Do this for 90 days, and you’ll change your life completely!
