Nataly Salazar is an Oida dance therapist from Colombia. She is trained in Movement Therapy, Yoga, Zumba and Ayurveda. She has worked with differently-abled children and elderly people for the last 11 years. She also works with expectant mothers to help them in the physical and emotional preparation towards motherhood. Nataly is also a trained Odissi Dancer.
We create our reality whether consciously or not constantly. Have you ever missed a bus or subway when you woke up in a hurry and was worrying of coming late? Or has it ever happened to you that you wanted something so much but deep inside you didn’t believe that it could be yours and it hasn’t happened?
Ok, so I bought this book after rehashing old, painful memories of a past relationship. I was feeling lonely and wanted to meet someone new who would be good to me, was genuine with his intentions, etc…you know how it goes. So, I downloaded this book to my kindle, read it the same day, did exactly what she said in the book about being specific and writing a list of what you want, and I did all the other exercises she tells you to do in the book. *POOF!* the SAME DAY a guy who fit the criteria exactly appeared in my life, I am so NOT kidding. I didn’t even pay much attention to him at first, because I was still hung up on my ex. Well, this new guy and I have been talking and going out for about two weeks now, and I started to think “Wow, this guy is actually pretty cool” the past few days but I didn’t want to get too excited, because you know how men can be…they love you one day, ignore you the next, lol.
It’s pretty much the same with every other big achievement in life. You might know what you want to do, the general plan discussed above, but never the exact steps, the exacts tasks, and the exact things you need to do in order to manifest what you want.
Whether you subscribe to what some call “airy fairy-ness” law of attraction principles or not, implementing these habits can only make you feel better, improve your mood AND your brain waves, so why not give it a shot?
Examine your beliefs about love and clean up any beliefs that don’t support attracting, having and keeping your perfect relationship (“I’m not attractive enough.” “I don’t enough money.” “All the good ones are taken”).
Go out and do the things that you enjoy. You do not have to consistently think about how to manifest money all day long. You can let go of all thoughts about money, and still bring your abundance to you.
Hi Melissa, thankyou always for your inspiring posts and your beautiful book. Just wondering what kind of Yoga you do and which type do you recommend? I know there are so many styles and types but I’m unsure of where to begin with yoga/meditation. Also wanted to know how you went about clearing your Candida and Heavy metals? The only failure comes in not attempting. There is no actual failure in giving your all whatever the results. Just be sure to learn from so-called failures, as usually they contain the greatest lessons.
To motivate yourself, look around and you may find people whom you already know who have manifested and are regularly attracting things they want using law of attraction. They are regularly and actively putting efforts into the process.
Bottom line is that manifesting money for nothing is a simple matter of feeling it into being. Practice feeling what it’s like to receive money out of the blue, and then let it go. Universe will put it together for you when you give the instruction and then get out of the way.
So who is your Soulmate? What does he or she look like? What are their qualities? What is it that makes them unique and attractive to you? For many of us, this journey towards our Soulmate begins by first experiencing what we do not want. Funny how life works, isn’t it? If you have been, or currently find yourself, in a relationship where you find that things are not flowing, it feels like it’s too much work, you argue and fight a lot, you don’t feel like you are compatible or complement each other, the passion is long gone, you constantly feel anxious about the relationship and you’re struggling to be happy, instead of feeling stronger, supported and inspired you feel weakened, or the person is in another relationship and not available to you, chances are that you’re not with your soulmate.
The positive brainstorming process will help to rewire your thinking. One approach might be to write “MONEY” in the center of a piece of paper and then write down every positive belief you have (around the circle).
Whether we have one, two, three, of 7 billion soulmates, it truly depends on the opinion of the person you ask. After all, the word ‘Soul Mate’ means exactly that – a mate of the soul, or someone with whom you have a connection that transcends the purely human or biological level.
If you want to manifest your dreams, you must become a master at monitoring the thoughts and feelings you are aligning yourself with. Your thoughts and feelings become your reality, so become adept at observing the thoughts and feelings you are creating for yourself.
Much of Freud’s psychoanalytic theory centered on helping people bring these hidden, unconscious thoughts and feelings into awareness. Freud believed that the latent content of dreams is suppressed and hidden by the subconscious mind to protect the individual from thoughts and feelings that are hard to cope with. While the mind hides these feelings in the unconscious and subconscious mind, such thoughts, fears, and desires still have a way of influencing conscious thoughts and behaviors.
