Putting your ultimate goal out into the world—even just to acknowledge that you wish it—can itself be a scary proposition if the goal is big enough and crazy enough. We ask ourselves (a la Marianne Williamson and Nelson Mandela), “Who am I to think I can be/do/have this?” This thought and the attendant feelings and associations that come with it are what we first need to tap on.
If you choose an amount that feels way out of reach, make it smaller. If the amount you have chosen feels too small and that you will still be wishing you had more money after it comes, then make it bigger. Most importantly, whatever amount of money you are choosing to have, mean what you say. This is so simple, but this is where most people fall down and the rest of their efforts don’t yield successful results.
When you feel moved to take action from a place of passion and excitement, not stress, then go ahead and let those actions flow through you. It will seem to be more work to stop yourself — you’ll feel like you’re chickening out and holding back if you stay still. Follow your impulses. But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.
This is where lots of people get stuck with the LoA. They put out conflicting vibes every day. They may visualize having more money and feeling abundant and grateful, but then they go to the grocery store, and they buy cheap, low quality food because in the back of their mind, they’re saying to themselves that they can’t afford the good stuff. And that naturally cancels out the vibe of abundance, so the result is no change.
Is there someone that you’re already seeing romantically, but you keep poisoning the connection by asking yourself when it’s going to turn into a “real” relationship? Are you driving the person away with demands and desperation?
Attracting wealth in your life is a matter of vision – how you envision money, and how you envision yourself having it. Exercising visualizations can help you bring money in your life, especially if you make sure that they are entirely positive.
Meditation quiets the monkey mind, which is naturally biased toward negativity. Meditating does NOT mean you stop thinking. It simply means the grip around your thoughts softens. Meditation helps us withdraw attention from stressful, negative patterns we’ve created over time.
It is not necessary to say “I wish that I had more money” and money will just manifest before you. You have to know specifically what is it or how much you want. It is very important to know specifically what you want. Therefore, it would be a helpful exercise to write down specifically what you want. It would be worth spending some of your time.

I did go there again, several times in fact. Each time it wasn’t so bad and it built strength and reverence for the power of uncertainty. I now look back on these times as such a beautiful blessing because I can truly appreciate the abundance today (and it’s not just money) I have created in my own life.
Similarly, if you’re expecting to have more money arrive into your life, you have to plan for that occasion. Go tour open houses in your dream neighborhood. Go test drive your dream car. Start planning that dream vacation online that you’ve always been wanting to take. Plan it. When you plan it, it becomes more real and slowly manifests into your life.
You can tell if your affirmation is positive or negative by the way it makes you feel. If it makes you feel great, it is positive. If it makes you feel bad, it is negative. It’s that simple. If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, simply turn them around and start focusing on the positive. You will immediately feel better and you will be in alignment with love.
It is important to understand that some mistakes may not be intended. If you learn this, then you will learn to say “it’s okay“, forgive and forget, and move on with life. Refusing to solve problems will only mean the stunting of your relationship and within minutes, it will be heads for the rocks.
If this sounds like what you’re doing, then you are walking down the wrong path! Take steps to transform aspects of yourself that seem less than desirable if you like, but don’t get caught up in negative thinking. Instead, act on the nudges you get. Some examples:
If you don’t have clarity on what you do want, you’ll likely end up repeating the same relationships with the same personalities and the same faults. What do you miss most about your past partners? Surely there were some traits you found attractive, take bits from each person and put them together. 2) De-Cluttering your Mind. De-Cluttering your Mind means exactly that. It means letting go or releasing any fears or beliefs you have about love that are keeping love away from you. For example, many people believe they have some kind of fatal flaw or secret that may repulse others. For women, it normally is something physical, and for men, it is normally something in their financial situation or career. These insecurities will lead you to having thoughts such as:

A good loving relationship means that you spend quality time with your partner. It means doing things which bring pleasure to the both of you. This tells you that you should understand each other’s common grounds in order to be able to exploit these grounds to your advantage.
You know that feeling when you’re really excited to give a gift to a friend? Metta meditation should feel that good and exciting! (Plus it’s particularly effective when you direct your meditation towards someone that you’re currently irritated or upset with.)

Never limit the Universe by being disappointed if it isn’t in your life right now or isn’t coming as fast as you think it should. Be careful of being attached to the how, when, where, and who details. Turn it over to God and release your dream with statements such as “this or something better is manifesting in my life right now. I let it go and prepare to receive my good.” ALLOW the universe to let it flow to you easily!
Look in the mirror and appreciate what you see. Be thankful for your life. How can you really love somebody, if you do not love yourself, if you think lowly of your appearance, qualities and abilities? Accept yourself the way you are and learn to love yourself – our spiritual DNA is PERFECT!
3) Follow your heart. If there’s something you feel inspired to do, do it. If there’s something you don’t want to do, don’t do it. You don’t have to kiss 100 frogs; you don’t have to go out to meet people, go on online dating sites, or do anything that does not feel right. If you are the kind of person who likes to stay at home, your soulmate could literally have a crash on your yard! It’s happened before. Only do what you want to do and feels right!

STEP #3 (3:24) Now, write down a list of everything you would want your ideal relationship to be like. You can write things like, “we make each other laugh. We have common interests. He exposes me to new experiences. She loves my mother. We are affectionate. We are honest and loyal.” Keep writing that list for as long as it feels good, and as long as you follow the rules step by step, you are in the process of creating.
“I am single and lonely, and it seems that there’s no one out there for me. I think about how much I want a partner every day. Aren’t I supposed to get what I think about? Why hasn’t the Universe brought me a lover yet? The Law of Attraction doesn’t work!”

Do this process yourself for every negative belief you can identify and be prepared to persist in treating them. Some beliefs are much tougher to shift than others, but each round of tapping you do will move you closer to releasing the emotional attachment.
Reread #3. You’re losing money because you’re doing it with the intent to create money which means you’re coming from lack and are introducing a vibration of not having money. You need to do the exercise as if you already have the money you want.
Once you’ve recognized any past resentments that you have been holding on to. Make the conscious effort to forgive. Sit quietly and do a short guided visualization where you send the person some light and love. Do this periodically until you feel that there are little to no “hard feelings” left.
