The next morning I said the prayer again after my 20 minutes of yoga as part of my morning ritual. I read it again mid-day just because I thought of it and when it was time for me to go to bed I recited it once more. Every day I made a point to recite this prayer. Lines from it became my mantra when I felt stressed. I even made a screen shot of it on my iPhone and would read it while waiting for appointments or while in the bathtub. It was like a spell that I was carefully weaving into my daily existence. I even began to fold it into the movement of my body. I practiced yoga with the intention that with each asana I was physically offering my power up and into my longing for abundance and my search for meaning in life–as my body strengthened so did the force behind my manifestations. I took the prayer a step further when a friend of mine came over to make vision boards. We wrote the prayer in our own handwriting on the back of the boards- reinforcing the idea that the abundance we were longing for would go towards goals we had already set for ourselves.
Some people in therapy believe that they are a product of everything that has happened to them. This is called an external locus of control because these people believe they are not in control of their lives. The goal of therapy is for patients to realize that they actually have an internal locus of control.
I came across Nodreen on YouTube while searching for LOA videos. What I love about her is that she is in the midst of manifesting big things RIGHT NOW, so she is a great example of LOA in action. This book is short and concise, giving the reader the “meat” of how to manifest. Do yourself a favor, read this book and follow Nodreen wherever you can… she’s the real deal!

Today is Friday! First, let me say I went to my job 9 in the morning and our checks didn’t come yet! Mind you, I spent my last to get there. All I could do was go back home. I was upset a first but I took a deep breath and told myself that everything that happens is for my greater good. Later that afternoon, my sister let my use her car to go pick my check up. To my WONDERFUL surprise.. I had TWO checks waiting for me. As far as I know, I was only suppose to receive one! I definitely walked out the building feeling so good! The first words that came to mind were Thank You God.
So who is your Soulmate? What does he or she look like? What are their qualities? What is it that makes them unique and attractive to you? For many of us, this journey towards our Soulmate begins by first experiencing what we do not want. Funny how life works, isn’t it? If you have been, or currently find yourself, in a relationship where you find that things are not flowing, it feels like it’s too much work, you argue and fight a lot, you don’t feel like you are compatible or complement each other, the passion is long gone, you constantly feel anxious about the relationship and you’re struggling to be happy, instead of feeling stronger, supported and inspired you feel weakened, or the person is in another relationship and not available to you, chances are that you’re not with your soulmate.

Arielle: Living as if means stepping outside of your current reality and stepping into the reality you wish to be true. It’s when your daily actions reflect and are congruent with your belief that your soul mate exists and is already yours. The best example of this was revealed to me by a famous actress. Once she became clear that she was ready to share her life with someone, she began living as if that person were already a part of her life. She would play music she imagined he would enjoy; she wore pretty nightgowns to bed instead of her typical T-shirt and sweats. Every morning she would feel that they were waking up and starting their day together, and every night at dinner she would light candles and set a place for him at the table. According to this actress, he eventually arrived. She sent a clear message to the Universe, and the Universe delivered. Now you may not be willing to set a table for two each night when you have dinner, but start to consider what you could do to generate the feeling that you are already sharing your life with your beloved. For example, buy tickets to a concert or play that is several months away, holding the intention that you will attend it with a hot date. Or the next time you are shopping for greeting cards, pick up a couple that would be fitting to give to your beloved on a birthday or to celebrate your anniversary, knowing that sometime soon that day will be here.
Simply put, money is just a story that someone invented and that took hold. It was decided, that particular shape of coin, or inlaid metallic object, and piece of paper was worth more than the material it represented. This started out as a thought in someone’s mind. That thought is now commonplace. We now expect that a piece of paper with a certain number on it, with a specific color and other identifying elements, is worth something more than the paper it’s printed on.
Read your written goals first thing in the morning and before going to bed at night; then take five minutes to visualize and connect with the feeling of achieving your dreams. Get it into your subconscious mind!

My personal favorite way to really capture and imagine the feeling of being in the perfect relationship is to journal about it. There’s something so powerful about writing by hand. It helps you really slow down and focus easily.
The next thing to do is to think about your goal from the perspective of being in it, having already achieved it. Inside the picture—being it, having it, doing it. It isn’t necessary to have an actual mental picture here. If you’re good at visualizing, however, this step is about seeing what you desire to achieve as you would if you were there now having already achieved it.
3) In financial matters, act from a place of plenty, not scarcity. Prosperity, like water, needs to flow. Start the flow by being generous to others and to yourself. Believe that the universe will deliver everything you need to be happy.
