What really matters is the understanding of consciousness. We are yet to solve the mystery of consciousness and past life therapy can unravel deeper layers of the subconscious mind. The therapy is a technique to help us move to the bottom of the ice berg.
It is really easy to focus on all that is wrong with our lives, especially when it comes to our money issues. Our negative feelings are strong, and have a lot of pull behind them..we can get sucked in deep the second we start feeling them. But, you have to realize you have a choice regarding where you put your focus. You get to decide how you feel about your life. You get to decide whether you will keep telling yourself the same story or be willing to craft a new one.
You’ve very likely had several experiences where you wanted something very badly for a long time and you just couldn’t seem to take your mind off of it. Finally one day you said “I give up on this! I’m ready to move on with my life!” and then WHAM! it manifested almost immediately.
For true awareness of what you want, also know your fears and the signals those fears are sending out to the universe. To change them, approach these fears and signals with love and compassion. The next exercise is for this purpose.
1: Go through your magazines and tear the images from them. No gluing yet! Just let yourself have lots of fun looking through magazines and pulling out pictures or words or headlines that strike your fancy. Have fun with it. Make a big pile of images and phrases and words.
Anyway, what I wanted to ask you why meat? 🙂 I know you are a big into diet rich in meat and bone broth and I know that yeas ago you were rather on the other side of it. Is there any particular knowledge, source that convinced you other wise? It is just hard for me to go on board of that meaty diet when I see huge research like The China Study and the C.Esselstyn (and few other strong sources like that) which shows the harm which eating meat does to human body. Or ignore amazing people like Hiromi Shinya, the pioneer of modern colonoscopy who claims human’s body is not designed to digest meat well. Fish yes, but not meat. How do you go about it? If there are such a strong evidence of meat not being that good to us. I would really love to her your idea on that as I know you have read many sources and gave many things a lot of thoughts. I am a bit confused and I am trying to find more answers even though I know there will never be one straight answer in this discussion of human diet and health 🙂 I would really appreciate your outlook on that as as I said before I really respect you as a knowledgable, real and caring person and health coach. Instead of saying that you do not have money, say “It is so good that I am rich. I love Money and Money loves me. I am magnet to Money!” It will not be long until you will eventually become rich indeed.
While the dream is obviously stressful, it does not really reflect the actions of this co-worker. The events of the dream represent the manifest content, but there is clearly something else behind this strange and rather frightening dream.
If you think that once you have money, you will become stronger, you’re crazy. Absolutely deluded! More likely — if you actually did manifest money from that kind of vibe — you’d grow even weaker. This would be a bad outcome for you, even though it seems like what you want. You’d be a weak-minded, weak-hearted person with more money, and you’d still see the money as more powerful than you, even while it’s in your possession. You’d then become attached to it and afraid of losing it because you’d still mistakenly see it as a power source. It would become a source of security for you, a constantly vulnerable one. The more money you had, the more paranoid you’d become about losing it. This would really mess you up big time. So be very, very glad that you naturally attract less money when you think of money as a power source. If you invite money into your life from that crazy frame of giving away your power, then money will become your Master, and you will be forever its slave. Don’t even go there!
It’s really important to know how good (or not so good) your levels of self-esteem are. You really need to love yourself in order to attract a relationship that is sustainable. The truth? Otherwise you’ll be attracting someone that will want to fix you or will magnify your need to take care of yourself better. This can be a good thing, but unless you shine light on the need for self-love and self-care then it can turn ugly very fast. So this is why it’s so important to treat yourself well and show yourself the love you think you deserve.
3. In your mind’s eye see a soft golden light gently approaching you. This golden light represent your inner guidance. This is the guidance that comes from your Higher Self and knows everything about you.
Instead of this crazy wrong approach, in your mindset and heartset, you must KNOW that you’re completely 100% dominant over money and that money is completely 100% submissive to you. You’re in total command of it. If you order it to show up, it must obey you. It has no power of its own. It cannot refuse you.
I’ve noticed that as I’ve shifted my vibe to manifest larger sums of money and to manifest new experiences in other parts of my life, I seem to fall out of resonance with manifesting smaller sums. I’m not as good at manifesting coins as I was in 2006. That’s because my vibe isn’t tuned in to the coin manifesting frequency as much. These days I’m spending more time using the LoA to manifest cool social connections and travel experiences. I’ve tuned my vibe to focus on that part of the perceptual frequency. I also feel more excited and playful about manifesting in these other areas as opposed to adding to my financial score.
We also made a list of all the things we wanted in our new home: a wonderful barn for our horses with a heated tack room and a heated bathroom, a covered place to store our farm equipment, 35 hay growing acres, an arena for exercising the horses, a one-story, ranch-type home, rolling hills with great views, great neighbors (the neighbors in our last home were extremely difficult), no homeowner’s association or an HOA that was not run by controlling people like at our last home, an art room, a rural location but still very near health food stores and other shopping and to be near family.
Ask yourself questions to determine how to fit your love into your life. With my current schedule, would I have time to give love to a partner? If not, how can I change that? Do I just need to work through this busy phase in my life? One especially important question to ask yourself is, “Will I be faced with more busy phases in my life that may complicate the kind of relationship I want?”

5. BE OPEN FOR SOMETHING BETTER. Always end with “This or something better for the highest good…” This is important because you don’t really know what the true divine plan is for you. You may get something even better than you could have imagined. Don’t be attached to the outcome. Release and surrender. You’ve asked. Now let it go. Trust that you’re being taken care of because you ARE!
