In the initial stages of visualization, it’s best to identify as many aspects about this manifestation as you can. For example, if you want to attract a new car, take the time to figure out the exact model and all of the options that you would optimally want.
According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you are sending out. To attract more of what you want, you have to raise your vibration. Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously sending out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it (read: stay positive and thankful).
Desire is about what you wish to create. You could describe this vibe as passion, excitement, or even lust. It’s a delicious pool of emotions you summon by focusing on a new target. The stronger your desire, the better, so amp it up!
It is merely not sufficient to know exactly what you want and to wish for it. It is like calling a fine dining restaurant and just telling them to book a table for you. You have to tell the restaurant clerk that you need a table for 2 for the specific day (say tomorrow) for dinner at 7.30 pm and you want this table to be near the window so that you can have the view of the city.
Write a letter to your exes, letting them know you are now taken and thank them for their time with you to make you the person you are today. Please note this is an energetic exercise only and it’s recommended that you don’t actually send the letter.
I’ve noticed that as I’ve shifted my vibe to manifest larger sums of money and to manifest new experiences in other parts of my life, I seem to fall out of resonance with manifesting smaller sums. I’m not as good at manifesting coins as I was in 2006. That’s because my vibe isn’t tuned in to the coin manifesting frequency as much. These days I’m spending more time using the LoA to manifest cool social connections and travel experiences. I’ve tuned my vibe to focus on that part of the perceptual frequency. I also feel more excited and playful about manifesting in these other areas as opposed to adding to my financial score.
Oprah’s conversation with best-selling author Paulo Coelho continues from his home in Switzerland. In Part 2, Paulo shares his unique spiritual journey and how he never lost faith in his personal dream.
Second, I’ve been working on getting friendly with money for years. I know that when I feel frustrated about money, it has to reflect my frustration. When I’m scared about money, it matches that vibe, too. Whatever I’m feeling is what it has to show me. So I’ve been working on getting friendly with it for a while now. That part didn’t happen in ten days.
If you approach money like a power source of its own, then by trying to manifest it, you’re really trying to overpower it, and in such a contest you’ll usually lose. That contest, however, is completely internal — and pretty much insane. It’s like trying to arm wrestle yourself. How can you win? It’s a false reality you’re projecting because you aren’t ready to fully wield your own power yet.
Think about it – did your great-great-grandparents use a specific manifestation process to find one another and fall in love? Probably not! However, they believed that love was possible, and this simple belief, along with an absence of doubt about whether or not they would ever find “the one” went a long way to shape their love lives.
Recently, I was speaking with a female client, Donna. She’s got three kids, a loving husband, lots of friends, and she recently started her own business. You’d think she’d be happy, right? But when…
