By implementing daily positive practices in our lives, we will shift and raise our energetic vibration so that we can manifest from a place of calm, inspired action yielding faster results. STEP #2 (2:10) Raise your vibration by closing your eyes and feeling the way you want to feel when you have that person in your life – confident, secure, steady, happy, comfortable, content, accomplished, harmonious. once those negative thoughts such as the economy being in a recession is planted in people’s minds, they panic and start to think negative things like “what if I lose my job” which leads to more negative thoughts which causes things to start to go downhill and they stop thriving financially.
Ok, so I bought this book after rehashing old, painful memories of a past relationship. I was feeling lonely and wanted to meet someone new who would be good to me, was genuine with his intentions, etc…you know how it goes. So, I downloaded this book to my kindle, read it the same day, did exactly what she said in the book about being specific and writing a list of what you want, and I did all the other exercises she tells you to do in the book. *POOF!* the SAME DAY a guy who fit the criteria exactly appeared in my life, I am so NOT kidding. I didn’t even pay much attention to him at first, because I was still hung up on my ex. Well, this new guy and I have been talking and going out for about two weeks now, and I started to think “Wow, this guy is actually pretty cool” the past few days but I didn’t want to get too excited, because you know how men can be…they love you one day, ignore you the next, lol.

Affirmations and visualization support and inspire you on your journey. You can order your thoughts via a mind-map. Get plenty of sleep to align your mind and clear away clutter. Still the mind through cleansing meditation and quiet time. Nurture a restful and clear mind through caring for your mind like you would a beautiful garden.
For true awareness of what you want, also know your fears and the signals those fears are sending out to the universe. To change them, approach these fears and signals with love and compassion. The next exercise is for this purpose.
Of course, if you don’t follow these steps EXACTLY how I tell you, you can forget about it — you’ll never get anything. (I’m kidding, of course!) But seriously, go within and ask your inner guidance how you can use these steps to assist yourSELF in your own life. Your higher self knows and is happy to assist you!
Think what you want to accomplish for the day, like “Today I will find my true love.” Create notes for your thoughts of the day, or write inspirational and motivational quotes that strike you and follow the beat of your heart. Read them often and on a regular basis.
Pay attention to how you treat your relationship with the money. Do you speak to it kindly? Do you think of it appreciatively? Improve your relationship with money, and you will soon start to attract it in your life.
We’ve all had relationships that didn’t quite work out. Maybe we didn’t exactly get what we wanted, maybe we didn’t deliver what the other person expected and maybe (probably) everyone left feeling a bit bruised, let down and pessimistic.
The most recent amazing thing occurred in this last year. Five years ago, soon after the market crash, we decided to sell our house and move closer to family. At that time, we took a trip to the area where we wanted to live and looked around. On our map book, we highlighted our driving route and circled areas that we liked, and we wrote a few notes to remind us of what we liked.
As a science of healing, psychoneurobics has benefited many by curing their diseases and helping them develop better physical and mental capabilities. The discipline helps you understand the nature of your mind and body better and also allows you to control your body and psyche in a much better way.
When you imagine your partner, make it as real as you can in your mind. Imagine yourself walking up to this person and starting a conversations. Rehearse it many times in your mind so that when the time comes to make the connection, you will be prepared.

An even stronger vibe is to generate feelings of playfulness and excitement. This is a great vibe for manifesting money. In the next section, I’ll share a story to illustrate how I do this with my daughter.
The majority of us walk around performing daily actions without intention. We get up, get ready for our day and go about our day not really thinking about our actions. Often, our distracted thoughts and feelings drift away from the action we’re performing.
