2) Open to the mystery of life. You have no idea when or where that special person could walk into your life. He or she could be someone you already know or met in the past. They could be someone you’ll be on your next business trip or vacation. They could also be your next date’s brother or sister! Your next Facebook friend or Twitter follower. They could be someone you’ll be meeting at a coffee shop or at the train station while you wait for the next train. The key here is to surrender all pre-conceived ideas and drop all your expectations of how, and with whom it is to happen and continue to focus on ‘what’ you want by being fully available and present in each and every moment. Don’t worry about the how! Say ‘Yes’ to your soulmate, and open to the mystery of life!
3. FEEL YOUR DESIRE. If you want a trip somewhere, visualize yourself in that place and pay attention to how being there makes you feel inside. Right before I went to Paris, I felt myself in a beautiful place, with autumn crispness in the air and a feeling of love enveloping me. (I had no idea I was going to Paris at the time.) Just days later, I replicated the exact feeling in Paris! This is how the law of attraction works. What you’re really drawing to yourself is the feeling – not the actual “thing.” This is why I like to think of manifesting as attracting an experience or emotion, rather than some physical outward tangible thing. We’re here to experience, not to accumulate.
In the second half, participants will take their cameras and roam around the venue to click pictures based on the framing and composition rules explained in the first session. There will be a brief analysis of each photograph to understand why the picture works or doesnt work. We will also click photographs under different exposure settings to see the effect they have on different aspects of the picture. Participants will also be introduced to the basic settings of a DSLR camera.
Still, there’s a difference between wishing for something to come to pass and in expecting it to come to pass. When you expect something to come to pass, you’ve already made up your mind about it, and all of your resultant thoughts, emotions and behaviors revolve around that expectant outcome. You’ve decided. That’s it.
In 1979, a study was conducted on 70-80 year old men to see the difference in remembering youth fondly and actually reliving youth. One group talked and reminisced about their younger days while the other group pretended to be young, surrounding themselves with TV shows, music and activities of their youth.
It’s fun to think of this vibe-shifting process as shifting dimensions, as if you’re tuning in to a different perceptual frequency spectrum. That other reality was there all along. You just couldn’t see it before because you were tuned in to incompatible perceptual frequencies, frequencies that made the money invisible and undetectable by your senses. Maybe you were stuck on the red part of the spectrum, while the money was hanging out in the blue part.
Helping Hundreds of women successfully manifest the love of their lives in as little as two months, has enabled me to create a formula for aligning wit…h True Love, Clearing Sabotaging Patterns, and creating Beautiful Relationships that last a lifetime. Learn how do to this for yourself!
People who are using the Law of Attraction correctly to manifest love are open to a relationship with anyone who is a good match. If you are overly focused on one person, that means you are rejecting people left and right who might give you the same joy and happiness as the one you’re hung up on.
1) The Soulmate List. The first list is a list of ‘Green Light’ qualities and attributes that you’d like your soulmate to have. In other words, this is what you want to “get” in a Soulmate. In this list, you’ll describe all of the physical and non-physical characteristics you envision your soulmate to have. Here you want to include things that will begin to describe the kind of man or woman who would really make your heart sing.
Why are you really here? What is your personal purpose on earth? In an extraordinarily rare interview from his home in Switzerland, Paulo Coelho, the author of The Alchemist, one of the best-selling books of all time, answers life’s biggest questions. He teaches us about dreams, destiny and the one thing he believes will make us happy. Oprah sa ……
For example, imagine a new person just started working at your office. Everyone else seems to like this person, but you still feel a strange sense of ambivalence. One night, you dream that the new co-worker hates you and is going out of her way to sabotage your efforts and work with the goal of getting you fired.
The trouble is that most of us are doing this on autopilot, and often manifest negatively. I want to focus here on the process of conscious creation, where we decide to bring into form some new, more positive ways of being and create richer, more meaningful, positive outcomes in our lives.
Set a clear intention. First, write something down until you get the words right. Then when you’re happy, say them out loud as you look at yourself in the mirror. Some examples include “I am ready to manifest love and I open my heart to my one true soulmate” and “My mind is clear, my heart is open, and I am ready to welcome my soulmate in.”
Find ways each day to nourish your self with love, appreciation, healthy food, positive thoughts and tenderness. Begin to care for yourself as if you are the most important person in the world. You deserve your own love and affection. When you fall in love with yourself the whole world mirrors that love back to you. Oscar Wilde said it best: “To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.”
The purpose of a relationship is not to fill the holes, but to boost the full being that’s already there. Be what you want more of—if you’re the person you want to be, the relationship will just enhance your life. Be sure to write down exactly what you want in a partner—be specific, but focus less on the details and more on the end goal. When I was in the process of manifesting mine, I wrote down the following key characteristics that I wanted in a life partner (seriously, these are the real words, I kept the document so I could refer to it when I found myself in a relationship to see if this stuff actually works—it does):
Next, think of all the great things in your life. Reflect upon how your hopes, dreams and ambition attracted those good things to you. Reinforce in your mind how, when you believe something can happen, it does.
Part one of this book discusses the creative power of feelings and how you can use them to create the things and conditions you desire. This section also explains how to get clear about what you want by creating an Intention Statement and a list of desirable qualities that reflect your specific desires.
Since that time, scarcely a week has passed during seven whole years, without his hearing from me a repetition of the part I played in that manifestation, together with ample descriptions of all the phenomena in Spaceland, and the arguments for the existence of Solid things derivable from Analogy.
I always say a quick thank you for all the money that I have in my bank account before I pay a bill and for some reason it seems like extra money always shows up. It may seem weird, but it is true and I never question it.
It is therefore important to search deeper into our souls, introspect our lives so that we can learn the art of manifesting true love. This is the only way to ensure that we will find that one person suitable for us and live a happy, fulfilled life.
STEP #6 (6:05) Stop thinking in a state of lack. When we think about how we don’t have something, we’ll just get more of that lack, because you are focusing on not having it. Don’t focus on the fact that you are single, focus on everything you wrote down at the beginning, how much good you bring to the table, and how much abundance you have in your life, and more will come.
Anyway, what I wanted to ask you why meat? 🙂 I know you are a big into diet rich in meat and bone broth and I know that yeas ago you were rather on the other side of it. Is there any particular knowledge, source that convinced you other wise? It is just hard for me to go on board of that meaty diet when I see huge research like The China Study and the C.Esselstyn (and few other strong sources like that) which shows the harm which eating meat does to human body. Or ignore amazing people like Hiromi Shinya, the pioneer of modern colonoscopy who claims human’s body is not designed to digest meat well. Fish yes, but not meat. How do you go about it? If there are such a strong evidence of meat not being that good to us. I would really love to her your idea on that as I know you have read many sources and gave many things a lot of thoughts. I am a bit confused and I am trying to find more answers even though I know there will never be one straight answer in this discussion of human diet and health 🙂 I would really appreciate your outlook on that as as I said before I really respect you as a knowledgable, real and caring person and health coach. Much love.
