Writing your goals will not only help you get clear, but will help you create inspired action steps toward your dreams. Connecting to your “why” means connecting to the feeling that achieving the goal will give you. When we connect to the “why,” we raise our vibration and become magnets for attracting the people, circumstances, etc. that will help us achieve our goal.
You want her to be fit because you are attracted to health and vitality. You like brunettes because you find them sexy. You want her to be maternal because you would like a family. And you would love someone sporty who you can do lots of fun activities with.
Examine your beliefs about love and clean up any beliefs that don’t support attracting, having and keeping your perfect relationship (“I’m not attractive enough.” “I don’t make enough money.” “All the good ones are taken”).
I’m so on a roll right now…LOVE IT! Took my little guy to another appointment today. Although I brought snacks with me, I did’t eat them. I was too busy carrying little man in his car seat and wishing I had brought his stroller instead. I was so hungry! I kept thinking about other snacks but I had no money. If you approach money like a power source of its own, then by trying to manifest it, you’re really trying to overpower it, and in such a contest you’ll usually lose. That contest, however, is completely internal — and pretty much insane. It’s like trying to arm wrestle yourself. How can you win? It’s a false reality you’re projecting because you aren’t ready to fully wield your own power yet.
The law of attraction is not a magic wand. Because the brain preferentially scans and stores negative experiences, we have to consciously, habitually build the positive mental muscle. We all have layers and layers of stories, limiting beliefs, fears and blocks that have become the interior landscape of our minds and cannot be changed overnight just by thinking positive thoughts.
3) The Third List: Your Gifts. The third list is, in my opinion, the most important one. Your soul mate will not be coming into your life to rescue you, make you happy, or save your life. A soul mate is a friend and partner with whom you’ll be sharing your life. Someone who will love, nurture and support you while you love, nurture and support them. Someone who understands the power and beauty of a true soulmate union and will hold the space for love, even when you can’t.
Good point, Maria. And you know what helps that? Telling those real life happy stories. Like, I already know the words and the feelings of those stories because I make a point of telling them often. So it’s very familiar territory – just switching up the “reasons” for it.
To attract money in your life, start spending it mentally. Access your favorite online store, and start adding to cart or Wish List all of the items you would like to have, but without letting yourself limited by the money you have.
One of the things that I want to implement this year is regular meditation. At the moment, that’s something I do only when I feel particularly stressed and it helps a lot. I want to increase the benefits so I’m trying to work it into my daily routine. Do you think it’s best to do it in the morning after waking up or before going to bed? 1, I stayed present. I didn’t worry about the next month. When my brother asked, Ming do you have plans on how you are going to pay the mortgage the next 6 months, I said NO. lol. Because I knew if I was going to start thinking about it – I go down a deep rabbit hole and have a hard time coming back up. Staying present allowed in the miracles of money coming in.
Find ways to express more love to everyone in your life. The Universe is always mirroring back to us our beliefs about our selves and the world. If we believe the world is a loving and friendly place, then most of the time that will be our experience. But, if we believe the world is a chaotic, stressful and fearful place, then that becomes our reality. .
Deal-breaker items could include: if the person has some form of alcohol or substance addiction or abuse, if they are married or in another relationship, if they are physically or verbally abusive, and even if they smoke. For some people, smoking is not a big deal, but for me, I just can’t stand kissing someone after they’ve had a smoke, so I decided to include it in my deal-breaker list. What are your deal- breakers? The basic Law of Attraction states that you will attract to you those things that match your state of belief. Believing that your soul mate is out there is critical to the preparation of manifestation. If you learn to believe that the ONE is not only out there but is ALSO LOOKING FOR YOU, then true love can be yours.

Paychecks make you happy, while bills made you put on your cranky pants with annoyance and anxiety. You need to rewire this in order to get out of your own way. Each time you feel pissed off when a bill gets sent to you then you actively choose to block the flow of abundance and you’re inviting MORE BILLS and more expenses. Nothing is as expensive as an attitude that blocks the flow of prosperity. Learn to LOVE your money. After all, it’s just energy.
