#5 Trust and believe that it will happen! When we don’t trust and believe in what we can create for ourselves, this is when we tend to experience emotions like worry and anxiety. Try to be mindful and aware whenever these emotions come up. If you feel doubt and, hence, a sense of worry come in then simply be aware of it. Don’t try to ignore it or push it away. Just let it be. Then focus on trusting and believing that it will and can happen for you!
Ok, so I bought this book after rehashing old, painful memories of a past relationship. I was feeling lonely and wanted to meet someone new who would be good to me, was genuine with his intentions, etc…you know how it goes. So, I downloaded this book to my kindle, read it the same day, did exactly what she said in the book about being specific and writing a list of what you want, and I did all the other exercises she tells you to do in the book. *POOF!* the SAME DAY a guy who fit the criteria exactly appeared in my life, I am so NOT kidding. I didn’t even pay much attention to him at first, because I was still hung up on my ex. Well, this new guy and I have been talking and going out for about two weeks now, and I started to think “Wow, this guy is actually pretty cool” the past few days but I didn’t want to get too excited, because you know how men can be…they love you one day, ignore you the next, lol.
This is when we begin the search. Most of the times, it is intensively excruciating and disappointing. We may get in relationships that turn out not to be what we expected. We get disappointed and discouraged, and we are deeply mad not only on our partner, but to the whole opposite sex general. Some people close themselves completely and are not able to attract ANYONE into their love – they become lonely…

Think what you want to accomplish for the day, like “Today I will find my true love.” Create notes for your thoughts of the day, or write inspirational and motivational quotes that strike you and follow the beat of your heart. Read them often and on a regular basis.
My personal favorite way to really capture and imagine the feeling of being in the perfect relationship is to journal about it. There’s something so powerful about writing by hand. It helps you really slow down and focus easily.
