The first time I did this, she was really bad at it. I found several coins during our walk together, often coins that she walked right past without even noticing. Instead of finding coins, she didn’t notice anything. The coins didn’t register within her perceptual reality.

Control is always rooted in fear. Anytime we are substituting “allowing” or “surrender” with control, it is a sign of being untrusting in our own ability to create. We are being doubtful, and we always attract what we are presently being. Control contains the vibration of fear and lack, and so we will attract more things to be fearful about.

1: Go through your magazines and tear the images from them. No gluing yet! Just let yourself have lots of fun looking through magazines and pulling out pictures or words or headlines that strike your fancy. Have fun with it. Make a big pile of images and phrases and words.

We attract painful situations using our subconscious mind. To use your example of a woman in an abusive relationship, of course a woman consciously thinks, “I want a kind and caring partner” but as a child she learned that she wasn’t good enough, and as a result her subconscious mind now believes she doesn’t deserve a loving relationship. The subconscious mind thinks that love comes from people who don’t love and appreciate her, and her abusive partner reflects all of the limiting beliefs she holds about herself. Lets also not forget that this relationship did not simply fall into the woman’s lap– she agreed to go on the date. She agreed to be in a relationship with this person. And after the person began to behave abusively — through words or actions, the woman had a choice to immediately leave the situation, or to stay in it. If she doesn’t leave, then every moment she stays she is actively creating that abusive situation in her life. None of us are victims even though it appears that way on the surface, to upgrade to a better state of existence we simply need to find and question those beliefs that are holding us back and stopping us from attracting what we truly desire. Sometimes this can take years of therapy, or just a few minutes. It depends on how open and willing we are to see ourselves as we really are, it can be very upsetting to face our deepest wounds and admit how we hurt and damage other people in response to our inner pain. But in my experience, when we do finally let go of our subconscious blueprints that create the world around us, good fortune flows effortlessly. It’s amazing how available everything is to us, we just can’t see it while we’re living our lives in our little boxes we created for ourselves as young children,

You are something of real value and you have something unique to offer the world. Have faith that you will be supported the more you authentically reveal yourself. The whole universe conspired to create you so there is a good reason you’re here. If you’re struggling to find it, keep looking, it may be hidden. Yet, don’t get stuck on searching. Too many spiritual seekers think that they have some unique destiny to contribute to civilization (which they haven’t discovered yet), when they would be more productive in choosing a path and sticking to it and seeing the meaning in small acts of kindness. Whether you’re the Prime Minister or a street sweeper, there is meaning in your being here.

You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.

So, after you’ve completed the four steps, you’ll probably ask, “Now what?” The final piece to the Law of Attraction puzzle is persistence. There’s no formula for how long things take to manifest into your life. We each have our own individual hurdles to overcome, and it will take time to see the results of this system.

The time it takes your desire to become reality is directly proportional to the naturalness of being it. The more natural an experience your wish feels for you, the faster you will create it in your life. Conversely, the more unnatural a state of being feels to you, the longer it will take to achieve.

It’s a powerful thought, isn’t it? That we are responsible in some way for creating the reality around us. Sometimes it seems impossible to believe such a thing, particularly when things are not going well for us. We need to examine this in more detail!

If you want a house, what would it look like? Would it be in the center of your city or on the periphery? Would be it 2 or 3 floors? What’s your living room going to be like? Decide on all details and form the complete picture.

Whenever you start feeling bad about your financial situation, see that as a form of feedback. Let it become an immediate trigger to refocus on your desires. Say to yourself, “Okay, obviously I don’t want this. So what do I want instead?” Then think about happier alternatives; allow your mind to go there, and let the resulting new vibe flow through you.

When you learn how to love and value yourself, then you know how to make yourself happy. You cannot manifest from anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, anger or emptiness. You need to know how to fill yourself with love and joy to manifest your dreams.

Listen, you may not fully trust in LOA in every fiber of your being…I don’t know if there is anyone who has truly made that total shift from just getting it in theory. And for this reason, it will be a challenge sometimes to shift your focus; you will get caught up in the crap. You may not always feel great. This is all normal and expected.

Thanks again for such great advice. I am already using a Wealth and Prosperity area and am now inspired to use the Feng Shui techniques to assist with even greater success. Changing my core beliefs and thought processes has been hard work yet I have persevered, studied hard and can see for myself actual manifestation results.

1) The Soulmate List. The first list is a list of ‘Green Light’ qualities and attributes that you’d like your soulmate to have.  In other words, this is what you want to “get” in a Soulmate.   In this list, you’ll describe all of the physical and non-physical characteristics you envision your soulmate to have. Here you want to include things that will begin to describe the kind of man or woman who would really make your heart sing.

My personal favorite way to really capture and imagine the feeling of being in the perfect relationship is to journal about it. There’s something so powerful about writing by hand. It helps you really slow down and focus easily.

Write a clear list of all of the things you would like to do with your soul mate. List out the dates, tourist attractions, events and fun things you can do together. Feel excited about sharing these experiences with someone. Remember, it’s ALL ABOUT THE FEELING SPACE.

    ENVIRONMENT:  In addition to using manifesting money affirmations, another little known trick is to make your desires “physical.”  One way to manifest money fast is to use printable fake money as I did when I manifested money in a week.  Also, keeping money quotes all around yourself helps your energy figure out how to attract more money.
    For me, I found ways to make myself feel more loved by taking the time to work on my self love. I found the places in my life where I already felt supported and taken care of. I started taking myself out to artsy shows and museums. I ate a lot of Thai food. I practiced staying true to myself. Well, I sure didn’t wrestle myself, but I did imagine wrestling him from time to time. I took the time to practice more self compassion and understand myself. I found lots of ways to laugh more.
    Displacement involves replacing one thing with something else. In a dream, you might find yourself irrationally upset with a relatively trivial or seemingly harmless object or person. Freud would suggest that this object is simply a stand-in for the thing that is truly bothering you.
