The thoughts in our minds, which pass as energy across synapses in our neurons, help to move us towards or away from any one objective or outcome. What we think, we actually become. Money, in effect, is simply a thought. It springs to life from the energy in our minds.
One of the ways in which you can keep and take love on a deeper level, is by ensuring that you can trust each other with your partner. It is very painful when you feel that your partner does not trust you, when you find him/her spying on you, or when you don’t trust them.
I recently read about Steven Callahan who was lost at sea in a small raft for seventy-six days. His boat had sunk west of the Canary Islands. He was able to write his book, Adrift, only because he was committed to getting back home and living. It wasn’t a matter of “if” he got home, he always thought about what he was going to do “when” he got home. Every action he took to keep himself alive was inspired from the passion he felt about getting home. He always found a way to eat, drink and keep his body working from his belief that he could survive at sea alone. And that he did!
While sitting in a circle, you will visualize the power of the mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, grandmothers, lovers and friends. You will connect with the cycles of nature and the moon to remember our inner wisdom.
The results were always the same. Messages of hope, peace, love, joy and the like resulted in beautiful, symmetrical crystals, while messages of fear, hate, anger, sadness and the like resulted in disjointed and broken crystals. His experiments proved that our intentions can physically alter the world around us.
Then, last week, we took out the map book to find out how to drive to a nearby lake. We opened the map book to the page where the lake is, and there in the margin we had written the name of the street we now live on; we had circled the very area! Wow! We picked it without knowing it and then spirit manifested it for us! If we had sold our home sooner, this incredible house and land would not have been available for us.
Everybody deserves to be loved, that’s our birthright. However, this step at the very least, will boost your self-confidence and your self-esteem, which is always welcomed and cannot hurt you in any way, it can only help you.
Write a clear list of all of the things you would like to do with your soul mate. List out the dates, tourist attractions, events and fun things you can do together. Feel excited about sharing these experiences with someone. Remember, it’s ALL ABOUT THE FEELING SPACE.
It was a stressful time in my life. I felt like I couldn’t trust my boyfriend, I was bored out of my mind living in a tiny city with no inspiration and very few things to do, I was working retail and my musical endeavors were trucking along at an agonizingly slow pace. I wanted to flee. All I could think about was moving to a brand new city, making and inspiring friends and rebuilding my work with music from the ground up. I wanted to travel the world and experience new parts of myself that I felt were being held hostage somewhere far away from my boring city. My life had become one big nap, alone in my bedroom, broken like a dying bird in a beautiful but monotonous domestic cage.
Do like I did with Emily when she kept finding bottle caps and smudges. Praise yourself for succeeding at what you’re already manifesting, and then command your senses to adjust to a more abundant part of the spectrum of reality. Be patient with yourself — you’ll get it.

Have a vision. You need to know exactly where you wish to go. There is no way around this first step. It’s like going for a trip somewhere not knowing exactly where. You might end up in your neighborhood wondering why you aren’t some better place. Well, you just wanted to get somewhere else, without a clear vision and that is what you’ve got — you’re somewhere else. Once you know that you’re heading to Hawaii, you know which plane to take. It works exactly the same with anything in your life. Once you have a direction, your mind will align your actions towards your goal.
Many people, when trying to manifest, focus too much on the outside form rather than the internal condition. From A Course in Miracles’ perspective, what’s important is our internal experience — whether we choose to experience love or fear. When we commit to our internal experience of love, we begin to attract more love. Many people approach manifestation from a place of “How can I get something to feel better?” Instead, the focus should be: “How can I feel better and therefore be an energetic match for attracting more greatness into my life?” The emphasis must be placed on healing the internal condition, not getting a hot new car or boyfriend.
When you are a vibrational match to your desire, you will be at one with being in a love relationship with the specific person you want. When this happens, you will actually be in a love relationship with the specific person.
These seven steps will help you find the love of your life, your soul mate, get back your ex, find someone new, or remind you that you should be the love of your life. And a note, this process can be done to an existing relationship as well. I used it in my current relationship, and I tell you how at the end of the video.
Whatever you are thinking has a way to become reality, you can attract that exact thing you are anxious of, or worrying about, unless you stop doing so, and replace all that nonsense with positive thoughts. In line with this, put in mind what you really want, and stick to it, do not be like the weather that keeps changing.

Take another look at the life partner you designed according to all the key qualities you value. Next, try to think of how you can cultivate those precise traits in yourself. For example, if ambition is on your list, ask yourself how you can work harder to achieve your goals (in work, and in life more broadly).

Besides that, you should wear a goal card constantly in your pocket and read it as much as you can every day. Write your goal in the present tense, empower it with some strong emotions, put the goal card in your purse or in your pocket, and read it every day, for as long as you can, and as much as you can.
