That is why many self-help teachers tell us that we need to feel good to manifest what we want, but it is my experience that many people find this extremely hard to do because it is too much of a “stretch.”
It’s easy to want to sprint through to the end of the year without stopping and taking a moment to acknowledge the year that’s been, all that you have achieved, and all the growth that’s taken place. In fact, I’ve heard a lot of people say they can’t wait for this year to be over, or that this year was their worst year yet. (I’ve even heard peeps refer to 2016 as ‘two thousand and shit-teen’!) Now sure, I understand you may have had a challenging year — but it’s all perfect. Everything always is! Everything is always unfolding the way it’s supposed to. So, before you write this year off as a total shit sandwich, please take a moment to reflect back… you may be pleasantly surprised.
4) Stop hanging onto other people’s attitudes about money. Your money energy can be inherited. Think carefully how you feel about money. Do you feel guilty about the idea of having or wanting it because that might be seen as a sign of greed? Did your parents say “money is the root of all evil” until you believed it? Let go of the past, it’s blocking you from experiencing abundance today.
Truly, the amount you chose does not make a difference to the universe, but you may feel more comfortable in believing that you can manifest a small amount with smaller increments over time. Each sentence you affirm about money has a vibrational signature. Make sure it is in tune with your highest good and the highest good of all.
Make the decision that each and every morning, you’ll sit in front of your journal or notebook and write AT LEAST 3 things that you’re deeply grateful for. Do this for 90 days, and you’ll change your life completely!
Think what you want to accomplish for the day, like “Today I will find my true love.” Create notes for your thoughts of the day, or write inspirational and motivational quotes that strike you and follow the beat of your heart. Read them often and on a regular basis.
For example, if you dreamed that you were being chased by an ominous creature through the dark streets of a strange city, that would be the manifest content of the dream. What that dream might actually mean, or the interpretation of its symbolic meaning, would be considered the latent content.
Suppose for some reason you cannot bring your level of faith to a level, you need to re-write your goal. If you were to answer the question that what is your belief that you can make 90,000 dollars (instead of 120,000 dollars), your answer comes 6 or may be 7. Now the next question could be what about 80,000 dollars and you jump out saying “Yes, my belief is 9 on 10 that within 45 days from now I can start an activity which will take me to that level”. Some people in therapy believe that they are a product of everything that has happened to them. This is called an external locus of control because these people believe they are not in control of their lives. The goal of therapy is for patients to realize that they actually have an internal locus of control.
Can you imagine telling that to a person thousands of years ago? They would have laughed at you. But that thought took hold and it became a story. It was a story that was told and retold by countless others across hundreds and hundreds of years during modern civilization before it became a self-evident truth.
Still, there’s a difference between wishing for something to come to pass and in expecting it to come to pass. When you expect something to come to pass, you’ve already made up your mind about it, and all of your resultant thoughts, emotions and behaviors revolve around that expectant outcome. You’ve decided. That’s it.
