So think back to the dream relationship you wrote down in the first exercise. Why not start talking to that person like they’re actually here? You totally can. What would you be saying to them right now? First thing in the morning? Last thing before bed? Have a conversation out loud with them in your car or in the shower. Or if you can’t bring yourself to actually do it out loud, write a letter, email or even a nice long text.

If they needed to find a new job, would they simply sit on the couch saying, “if it’s meant to be for me to have a job, it will come find me?” Of course not.  And yet, many people are living with this misbegotten myth that love, if it’s “meant to be,” will simply happen.

Arielle: Yes, I do and I believe that with a little focused time and energy everyone can find theirs.  While most people think of a soul mate in romantic terms, I also believe that there are other kinds of soul mate relationships. For instance, look at the friendship and connection that Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King share.  I would definitely call that a soul mate relationship.  I also believe you can have pets that connect with you on such a deep level that they deserve to be called soul mates.

While planning can help you to expect your outcome, if you can’t actually see it coming to pass in your mind, there’s no way it’s going to occur. If you can consider that everything in your life, whether or not you want it or not, was once a figment of your imagination, you’ll realize that you hold the power to turn your dreams into reality. This is real and its exact and it’s specifically how some of the most famous people in the world achieved success.

So who is your Soulmate?  What does he or she look like? What are their qualities? What is it that makes them unique and attractive to you? For many of us, this journey towards our Soulmate begins by first experiencing what we do not want. Funny how life works, isn’t it? If you have been, or currently find yourself, in a relationship where you find that things are not flowing, it feels like it’s too much work, you argue and fight a lot, you don’t feel like you are compatible or complement each other, the passion is long gone, you constantly feel anxious about the relationship and you’re struggling to be happy, instead of feeling stronger, supported and inspired you feel weakened, or the person is in another relationship and not available to you, chances are that you’re not with your soulmate.

Try to do this manifesting exercise three times a day, especially right before you go to bed. When you go to sleep, relax into the sensation of knowing you have created all the wealth you need – you manifested emergency money. Just this technique helped Genevieve Behrend manifest $20,000.

I came across Nodreen on YouTube while searching for LOA videos. What I love about her is that she is in the midst of manifesting big things RIGHT NOW, so she is a great example of LOA in action. This book is short and concise, giving the reader the “meat” of how to manifest. Do yourself a favor, read this book and follow Nodreen wherever you can… she’s the real deal!

So take a few moments now to think yourself into this new future where you have already achieved your goal. Here’s where you will almost certainly need to do several rounds of tapping to assist your visualization and affirmation processes. This is something that, for really big goals, I recommend you repeat daily.

So, after you’ve completed the four steps, you’ll probably ask, “Now what?” The final piece to the Law of Attraction puzzle is persistence. There’s no formula for how long things take to manifest into your life. We each have our individual hurdles to overcome, and it will take time to see the results of this system.

Set a clear intention. First, write something down until you get the words right. Then when you’re happy, say them out loud as you look at yourself in the mirror. Some examples include “I am ready to manifest love and I open my heart to my one true soulmate” and “My mind is clear, my heart is open, and I am ready to welcome my soulmate in.”

5) Replace negative self-talk with positive thoughts. You’re living a human existence, and negative thoughts, fears and insecurities will crop up from time to time. Don’t let them take root. Replace them with present tense, positive affirmations. When you have a thought like “I’m sick and tired” replace it immediately with “I look forward to doing everything I need to do today!”

Affirm your belief in your soulmate. While you’ve already worked hard to combat limiting beliefs and create a clear image of the person you want to be with, you make it easier for the Universe to send that person your way if you constantly stay connected to your belief that they exist. Try daily affirmations (written or spoken) like “I am looking for love, and my soulmate is on their way to me” or “Nothing will stop me from receiving the love of my soulmate.”

Being able to deliberately craft and sculpt your own reality is a skill that comes in handy quite frequently in life. You can literally use it to be, do, or have anything your heart desires. And I can tell you from experience that it is freakin’ fun!

One of the things that I want to implement this year is regular meditation. At the moment, that’s something I do only when I feel particularly stressed and it helps a lot. I want to increase the benefits so I’m trying to work it into my daily routine. Do you think it’s best to do it in the morning after waking up or before going to bed?
