1. WRITE WHAT YOU DESIRE DOWN IN THE FORM OF “I AM.” Writing down what you desire in the form of “I am” brings it to the present time, as if it’s already happening NOW. This is important because you don’t want to keep your desire out in the future, you want it here now. So by saying “I am” you’re acting as if you already have what you desire. This is the meditation I am practicing at the moment. I do it in the morning but also in the evening before going to bed and I have to confess that it puts me in a really wonderful state, helping me to get more focused and more clear about how I want my dream life to look like. And I trust that it will have the same effect on you.
    it’s SO true when you don’t “need” it. That was when I manifested the most I ever had in my life. It was keeping it loose and light and enjoying money coming in- having even more gratitude for it when it did.
    I never came back to this website or the exercises. The only thing I did was think about my new story the minute old thoughts and patterns would come up to my mind. I consciously etched the new story into my psyche.
