But do we realize, our soul carries our past memories as well our future destiny. We are inseparable from our past, our habits, our behavious, our weaknesses and strengths. And past is important, how can we not want to remember our good events of life i.e. magical birthdays, wedding ceremonies and so many more pleasant memories. Similarly, our future is created using our talents, actions, patterns of life. Yes, sad, traumatic and not so good memories create pain. Wouldn’t that be great, if we can learn to remove sad past events out of our memory permanently? This way our future can also become better as most of the times, our mind is hooked to the past and our power to create a positive future diminishes.
On the other side, love given freely is a beautiful entity and giving that energy away feels good (for both people). And if you’re an incredibly crush-prone person (like me!), that’s an incredibly empowering thing.
Secondly, it’s critical to realize that your beliefs literally create the world you live in. So do you want to live in a world where no one can commit or great partners are scarce? If not, then it’s time to stop thinking and saying those very things! Remember that a handful of lacklustre dating experiences are not a good barometer for the entire population. Take a deep breath and try to have a little perspective about yourself and the dating experience as a whole.

Close your eyes, and gradually acknowledge, accept, and let go of all the thoughts your mind produces. Start by envisioning how money looks – different notes, different values, and different amounts. Envision yourself as the possessor of the money – at this point, you should visualize exactly how you see yourself as a wealthy person.
Paychecks make you happy, while bills made you put on your cranky pants with annoyance and anxiety. You need to rewire this in order to get out of your own way. Each time you feel pissed off when a bill gets sent to you then you actively choose to block the flow of abundance and you’re inviting MORE BILLS and more expenses. Nothing is as expensive as an attitude that blocks the flow of prosperity. Learn to LOVE your money. After all, it’s just energy.
Creating a vision board is easy. Go through magazines or search the internet to find images that represent what you want to attract. It doesn’t matter if the images are metaphorical or literal. The important thing is that the images speak to you and connect with your desires. Attach the images to a board and place it in a prominent place where you will look at it everyday.
Now, close your eyes and see if you can you feel that there is love and fullness there? Can you feel that there is peace, right here in this moment? Can you feel a faint sense of connection? If you answered “yes” (even just a little bit), you’ve found self-love.
In my experience, there is at least as much work required in treating your fear of success as there is in treating your fear of failure. If your goal is big enough, thinking of yourself in it (having it, doing it, being it) will bring up some pretty challenging feelings. In treating these fears of success, you’ll again be targeting EFT at the negatives.
