Get enough sleep. If you really want to manifest your desires, you need to be the best version of yourself first. One thing that most people tend to fall short of is sleep. Sleep as part of a healthy life cannot be underestimated. While sleep is often the first thing that’s cut into when big things are happening in our lives, you need to commit to a regular schedule that’s going to keep you energized throughout the day.
Track One: In this step, the program will open up the vistas of your mind to a natural state of infinite abundance. It unlocks your potential to channelize every positive energy from the universe and attain success in various arenas of life. Do like I did with Emily when she kept finding bottle caps and smudges. Praise yourself for succeeding at what you’re already manifesting, and then command your senses to adjust to a more abundant part of the spectrum of reality. Be patient with yourself — you’ll get it.
The second session, track two, on the 8th day aims to take away the worry and implant a positive attitude, again, done through subliminal audio messages. Here, you start to think about what you want from life and begin to imagine some of the things that would make your life easier and more comfortable. By doing this, you start to release the bad memories (subliminally) from the past so they don’t enter you thought process in the future.

Be persistent and consistent. Persistence is the keyword when it comes to realizing anyone’s dreams. Set a firm amount of time you’ll invest each day in your dreams. Even if it’s just an hour or two at the start, the time will add up if you stick to it every day. Something like an hour won’t feel like anything on its own, but by the end of a month, thirty hours will have gone by. That is enough time to get you closer towards just about any goal.
The Law of Attraction is a very simple spiritual law. If your energy field matches the results you wish to achieve, you will dramatically increase the chance of those results manifesting in your reality. Meditation quiets the monkey mind, which is naturally biased toward negativity. Meditating does NOT mean you stop thinking. It simply means the grip around your thoughts softens. Meditation helps us withdraw attention from stressful, negative patterns we’ve created over time.
I am using this book to make a change in my life and my joy in 2009. I am reading one page each morning to jumpstart myself into a mindset of hopefulness and happiness. This year has started out a bit rocky for me, but I need to remember (and this book is helping me do so) that I control my own happiness. I create my own joy. My dreams CAN come true. Whenever you start feeling bad about your financial situation, see that as a form of feedback. Let it become an immediate trigger to refocus on your desires. Say to yourself, “Okay, obviously I don’t want this. So what do I want instead?” Then think about happier alternatives; allow your mind to go there, and let the resulting new vibe flow through you.
Step 3 is all about ‘affirmations’ and ‘affirming’ what it is that we want. Stating out-loud or writing down your affirmations is claiming what you want and affirming it. The more you do it, the better, as each affirmation activates your intention and this begins to establish it in the physical realm.

Once you’ve totally casual, and your psyche is quiet, a being, or constraint, that you connect with empathy. This might be a profound figure, or a place in nature, or the earth, or the stars. Bring this being, or this place to mind, and permit yourself to feel the sympathy, and the generosity, that is reached out to you.

While divine intervention certainly plays a role in preventing us from always getting what we want (thank God), the biggest reason you don’t manifest your desires is because you want it so very, very badly.
Start by paying attention to what you focus on. Do you pay attention to what’s going right, or what’s going wrong?
