If your mind is filled with thoughts about past and future, your energy isn’t anchored in the present moment and you’re stopping your wish being made manifest because you are mentally resisting and struggling against its fulfilment.
You should fill your mind all the time with the positive thoughts that you are actually manifesting your desires. Besides the intensity of your desire and belief, it is also the frequency of your thoughts which activate the Law of Attraction to help manifest your desires in life.
The Law of Attraction is a very simple spiritual law. If your energy field matches the results you wish to achieve, you will dramatically increase the chance of those results manifesting in your reality. Your beliefs, attitudes, emotions, dominant thoughts, and subconscious thoughts all contribute to our your energy field and determine what you will attract into your reality.
In this case, your answer would be something along the lines of… “Being with the love of my life would make me feel ________. I want a relationship because it will make me feel ________, ________, and ________…”
For example, if your job sucks and doesn’t pay you very well, and you try to manifest money on the side, that probably won’t work so well because each time you go to work at your job, you risk re-triggering the vibe of feeling financially under-appreciated.
I started to recite the prayer that night. I think I read it 3 times. First, I read it silently. Then, I mouthed it to myself until tears filled my eyes- my boyfriend innocently unaware lying asleep next to me.
