The Law of Attraction is just one of the laws that govern our universe. There are others, like the law of gravity, for example. You can’t defy the other laws of the universe, so don’t expect to. In that way, no, you can’t make just anything happen.
A crucial step in this process is to begin to put it outside yourself, begin to bring a representation of it into the world. There are many ways of doing this, all of which work differently for different individuals. (First thing to treat yourself for is the belief that you need to set goals according to someone else’s formula—even mine!) Some examples are writing it down, drawing or painting a picture of it, saying you will do it or have it, making a three-dimensional representation of it like a sculpture, and so on. Or taking some physical action toward it.

Deciding what you want is the first and most critical step in the Law of Attraction. You need a really clear vision of your desire. Whether you wish to attract something minor, or you’re looking for a huge overhaul of your life, be clear about what you truly want.
If you approach this process from a place of neediness, clinginess, scarcity, or too much seriousness, you’ll most likely fail. That’s the right vibe for attracting nothing or for making things worse by attracting unwanted expenses — but it’s not the right vibe for attracting money.
The basic rule of the Law Of Attraction: Like Attracts Like. So how are you going to attract money if you have a mindset of a poor person? Acting wealthy doesn’t mean that you have to spend a lot of money (that you don’t have at this point). It just means that you can allow yourself to window shop for expensive things, plan amazing holidays, treat yourself to small luxury things every once in awhile.
3) Releasing the Past. Is there someone you’re still in love with? Are there any past relationships in your life that are still unresolved? Almost every person that comes to see me with hopes of finding love is holding onto a past love or relationship, either consciously or unconsciously. I call this person the passenger in their car.
This is not to say that there is no need to take an action or this is a replacement of the action or the physical efforts required. On the contrary, this is a great supplement to your action on the physical level. You will get the desired motivation or there shall be marked increase in the level of motivation and with this strategy your physical activity will get improved or facilitated.

One of the best ways to keep your dreams in your awareness is to create triggers in your daily life. Listen to music that reminds you of your dream to move to NYC. Change your passwords to reflect your new income goal. Use a photo of the destination of your dreams as your screensaver. Change your commute to drive by the house that looks similar to the one you desire. Read the poem that reminds you of the way you want to feel every day.
