Have a clear intention. Conscious manifestation is all about intention. Intend that your vision happens at your will. Manifestation doesn’t require an effort but being focused on what you want. Intention gives a clear direction to your desire. By being focused, you say to the energy where it should go. Imagine that you’d like to start a yoga studio but your energy and focus would go on being on Facebook and chatting with your friends. While there is nothing inherently bad about that, the thing is that you lack energy that you need to support your dream. Every dream needs a certain amount of energy to manifest in a physical reality. This is where focus and intention play a major role.

It is therefore important to search deeper into our souls, introspect our lives so that we can learn the art of manifesting true love. This is the only way to ensure that we will find that one person suitable for us and live a happy, fulfilled life.

Looking at matter and energy on a quantum level, where something can be in two locations at the same time, you can extrapolate the fact that our reality isn’t base reality. Couple that with the advancement of technologies over the past 4 or 5 decades, and you can simply imagine that life can be one big simulation.

So to be clear: step one is to define what you want to manifest. And, as explained elsewhere, you have a strong desire for that outcome to happen, resolute belief that it will happen, and a high level of expectation or expectancy that it is possible for it to happen. There are many techniques to do that.

Affirm your belief in your soulmate. While you’ve already worked hard to combat limiting beliefs and create a clear image of the person you want to be with, you make it easier for the Universe to send that person your way if you constantly stay connected to your belief that they exist. Try daily affirmations (written or spoken) like “I am looking for love, and my soulmate is on their way to me” or “Nothing will stop me from receiving the love of my soulmate.”

3) Releasing the Past. Is there someone you’re still in love with? Are there any past relationships in your life that are still unresolved?  Almost every person that comes to see me with hopes of finding love is holding onto a past love or relationship, either consciously or unconsciously.  I call this person the passenger in their car.

2) Open to the mystery of life. You have no idea when or where that special person could walk into your life.  He or she could be someone you already know or met in the past.  They could be someone you’ll be meeting on your next business trip or vacation.  They could also be your next date’s brother or sister!  Your next Facebook friend or Twitter follower.  They could be someone you’ll be meeting at a coffee shop or at the train station while you wait for the next train.  The key here is to surrender all pre-conceived ideas and drop all your expectations of how, and with whom it is to happen and continue to focus on ‘what’ you want by being fully available and present in each and every moment. Don’t worry about the how! Say ‘Yes’ to your soulmate, and open to the mystery of life!

Yes, you may dread a couple of things on your list, but will you be happy once you do it? If the answer is yes, keep it on your list. Break down big actions into small steps so they are digestible. Consistency is key.

We live in a magical universe that can bring you exactly what you desire in the most amazing and even unbelievable ways. Getting caught up in the how can actually impede the law of attraction. If you are trying to control the how, you are likely getting in the way and making it more difficult than it has to be. Instead, let go of any ideas about how it has to happen and allow the universe to do its magic.

If you want a house, what would it look like? Would it be in the center of your city or on the periphery? Would be it 2 or 3 floors? What’s your living room going to be like? Decide on all details and form the complete picture.

Don’t wait for love to find you in order to start living. You will attract what you are: if you are a couch potato, you will attract a coach potato. If you desire a mate who is active, goes skiing and likes to read, you better start jogging, getting on the slopes and hanging out in Barnes & Noble.

Your imagination will work out the means to realize your dream while your conscious mind sleeps. Bring your five senses into play as you perform your imaginal activity. Actually hear a friend’s voice congratulating you or feel yourself hugging that person. If you wanted a new piano, run your hand over the smooth wood, touch the keys, and listen to the sound. If you want to receive a dozen roses, actually smell the fragrance and touch their velvety petals.

Try to do this manifesting exercise three times a day, especially right before you go to bed. When you go to sleep, relax into the sensation of knowing you have created all the wealth you need – you manifested emergency money. Just this technique helped Genevieve Behrend manifest $20,000.

The first is sending my intention out to the Universe. So, if I want to manifest $10,000 in one month, I will say it outloud to the Universe, or I will write it in my journal, or I’ll simply think it.

This can be done through affirmations and surrounding yourself in the energy of abundance. In order for it to count, the money had to be from an unexpected source. If I was already anticipating the money that showed up, it wouldn’t count, even if I’d temporarily forgotten about it. Also, I didn’t want it to be associated with work. (Meaning, an out of the blue speaking gig for $1k wouldn’t count.) Anything that I had to work for wouldn’t be included in this tally.

This is the most important step and the one most people get stuck on.  After you’ve properly defined what you want and immersed yourself in the vision, you must let go in order for manifestation to occur!

Money is a spiritual tool that fuels your soul’s ability to have a full experience within this physical plane. Money is nothing more than a form of energy exchange that exists in this plane of reality. You chose to engage in this energy exchange every time you go to the grocery store to buy the things you need to survive.

Step 3 is important because of connections, awareness and gratitude. Cataloging every little thing in your life and tracing it back to a thought or feeling is time consuming and not helpful. Rather, make connections to where you are now and the state of your mind that led you there.

Control is always rooted in fear. Anytime we are substituting “allowing” or “surrender” with control, it is a sign of being untrusting in our own ability to create. We are being doubtful, and we always attract what we are presently being. Control contains the vibration of fear and lack, and so we will attract more things to be fearful about.

Deal-breaker items could include: if the person has some form of alcohol or substance addiction or abuse, if they are married or in another relationship, if they are physically or verbally abusive, and even if they smoke.  For some people, smoking is not a big deal, but for me, I just can’t stand kissing someone after they’ve had a smoke, so I decided to include it in my deal-breaker list.  What are your deal- breakers?     If you act as if you were wealthy, you will send positive signals to the Universe, which, in turn, will respond to you positively by giving you the money. Think about the little things a wealthy person does, and do them as well.
    8. KEEP YOUR VIBRATIONAL ENERGY HIGH. Another very important step. This means keep your spirits high as much as possible. We all go through difficult times, but try to find the humor in the challenges. Take chances. Say YES! Look for the good in everything. Yes, even that mother-in-law you’re dreading seeing at Thanksgiving is a good person who is here to teach you. Find out what that lesson is and be done with it. I said, be done with IT, not HER! Feelings that vibrate low are jealousy, anger, fear, hatred, resentment — you get the point. Bad feelings that make you feel, well, BAD. Check those at the door! LOVE vibrates the highest and will attract all the good stuff to you. You feel GOOD — you attract GOOD. Again, it’s that simple.
    Approaching your fears and doubts with love and compassion is very difficult. Negative emotions are quite overpowering and limiting, and as a result, are hard to feel a lot of love for. Have patience with yourself and try out a loving kindness meditation.
