Affirm your belief in your soulmate. Desire is about what you wish to create. You could describe this vibe as passion, excitement, or even lust. It’s a delicious pool of emotions you summon by focusing on a new target. The stronger your desire, the better, so amp it up!

The fabulous part about manifesting your soulmate is that you can actually have all those things you crave! Want someone who will treat you with dignity and respect? Done. Is it important to you to find a partner who finds joy in scouring antique shops on Saturdays followed by cider sipping? No problem. Does your ideal partner sign up to run mud-filled obstacle races and would rather sleep on the ground under a tarp than in a 5-Star hotel? It’s a cinch.

Money has a special smell you just don’t find anywhere else, and the trick is to make sure you’re thinking positively when you smell it. It is something I really struggle with as I sit down to write and just have no idea what to say. The more stressed and fearful you feel, the less money you will allow! Why? Because in a stressful or fearful state you are not aligned vibrationally with the essence of your soul, which is always abundant.

In the same way, if you are trying to manifest “financial freedom” make sure you know what that means to you. How much money is that a month/a year? What will you spend it So take some time to think about it, make a spreadsheet if you need to, come up with a specific number and write it down.

The Law of Attraction is just one of the laws that govern our universe. There are others, like the law of gravity, for example. You can’t defy the other laws of the universe, so don’t expect to. In that way, no, you can’t make just anything happen.

You don’t have to fear being alone and sad if you let your partner go. Learn to embrace this time you have to be yourself without the fear of judgement. Go do the things that you always wanted to do, but didn’t do out of the fear that it would affect your partner.

We attract painful situations using our subconscious mind. To use your example of a woman in an abusive relationship, of course a woman consciously thinks, “I want a kind and caring partner” but as a child she learned that she wasn’t good enough, and as a result her subconscious mind now believes she doesn’t deserve a loving relationship. The subconscious mind thinks that love comes from people who don’t love and appreciate her, and her abusive partner reflects all of the limiting beliefs she holds about herself. Lets also not forget that this relationship did not simply fall into the woman’s lap– she agreed to go on the date. She agreed to be in a relationship with this person. And after the person began to behave abusively — through words or actions, the woman had a choice to immediately leave the situation, or to stay in it. If she doesn’t leave, then every moment she stays she is actively creating that abusive situation in her life. None of us are victims even though it appears that way on the surface, to upgrade to a better state of existence we simply need to find and question those beliefs that are holding us back and stopping us from attracting what we truly desire. Sometimes this can take years of therapy, or just a few minutes. It depends on how open and willing we are to see ourselves as we really are, it can be very upsetting to face our deepest wounds and admit how we hurt and damage other people in response to our inner pain. But in my experience, when we do finally let go of our subconscious blueprints that create the world around us, good fortune flows effortlessly. It’s amazing how available everything is to us, we just can’t see it while we’re living our lives in our little boxes we created for ourselves as young children,

Meditation is extremely helpful to gather thoughts and get organized. Start to analyze yourself. What are your deepest passions? What is your mission in life, and what kind of a person can be your company on the journey of the achievement of your dreams? What are you really looking for in a partner?

Simply find the feeling of compassion within yourself and let it radiate to others. To perform this meditation, imagine the warmth and desire that stirs within you to help a small child or an injured animal and allow that you radiate from you.

Jim Carey is infamous now for having done this specific thing in his life. In 1985 through 87, Carrey would drive up onto Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles, looking at houses, and he would imagine all of these things in his. He would imagine the big house, the cars, respect from directors, more opportunities than he knew what to do with, and so on. Keep in mind, at the time he was flat broke.

The results were always the same. Messages of hope, peace, love, joy and the like resulted in beautiful, symmetrical crystals, while messages of fear, hate, anger, sadness and the like resulted in disjointed and broken crystals. His experiments proved that our intentions can physically alter the world around us.

The results of using the Law of Attraction techniques are only limited by your imagination (and by the laws of physics, you’re not going to manifest bird-like flying anytime soon). There are endless things you can attract in your life. From practical things — like “good parking karma” to always guarantee you a great parking spot, to “calls to adventure” that open you up to random invitations to explore the world — you can use the principles behind the Law of Attraction in any way you please.

The next morning I said the prayer again after my 20 minutes of yoga as part of my morning ritual. I read it again mid-day just because I thought of it and when it was time for me to go to bed I recited it once more. Every day I made a point to recite this prayer. Lines from it became my mantra when I felt stressed. I even made a screen shot of it on my iPhone and would read it while waiting for appointments or while in the bathtub. It was like a spell that I was carefully weaving into my daily existence. I even began to fold it into the movement of my body. I practiced yoga with the intention that with each asana I was physically offering my power up and into my longing for abundance and my search for meaning in life–as my body strengthened so did the force behind my manifestations. I took the prayer a step further when a friend of mine came over to make vision boards. We wrote the prayer in our own handwriting on the back of the boards- reinforcing the idea that the abundance we were longing for would go towards goals we had already set for ourselves. 

Set up my symbolic representation of this project. (I used pretend million dollar bills stuffed into a clear blue plastic cup. Get it? Money from the clear blue.) And money taped into a blue ribbon windsock (meant to represent a financial windfall).

By implementing daily positive practices in our lives, we will shift and raise our energetic vibration so that we can manifest from a place of calm, inspired action yielding faster results. If you get into the habit of using tools that will insert empowering and positive thoughts into your mind, you’ll be poised to produce good experiences and results!
