You must use inspiring dialogue, ‘lose weight’ is not as inspiring as ‘wake up feeling health, strong and vital’. Same with ‘quit sugar’. Try something like, ‘treat my body like the temple it is and only nourish it with the most high vibrational food mother nature has to offer’.
Everything in life is comprised of energy; your thoughts are what begins it and your emotions are what amplifies those thoughts. If you believe that your dreams can become your reality, you are halfway there. Take a moment and imagine that you already had what it is that you desire. Create a new identity. How would you feel? How would you move throughout your day? Live your dreams as if they already are your current reality.
Maybe you feel lonely so you want a lover to keep you company. Maybe you feel like it’s you against the world and you’re looking for a sense of partnership. Maybe you feel undesirable and you want to feel wanted and appreciated.
We attract painful situations using our subconscious mind. To use your example of a woman in an abusive relationship, of course a woman consciously thinks, “I want a kind and caring partner” but as a child she learned that she wasn’t good enough, and as a result her subconscious mind now believes she doesn’t deserve a loving relationship. The subconscious mind thinks that love comes from people who don’t love and appreciate her, and her abusive partner reflects all of the limiting beliefs she holds about herself. Lets also not forget that this relationship did not simply fall into the woman’s lap– she agreed to go on the date. She agreed to be in a relationship with this person. And after the person began to behave abusively — through words or actions, the woman had a choice to immediately leave the situation, or to stay in it. If she doesn’t leave, then every moment she stays she is actively creating that abusive situation in her life. None of us are victims even though it appears that way on the surface, to upgrade to a better state of existence we simply need to find and question those beliefs that are holding us back and stopping us from attracting what we truly desire. this can take years of therapy, or just a few minutes. It depends on how open and willing we are to see ourselves as we really are, it can be very upsetting to face our deepest wounds and admit how we hurt and damage other people in response to our inner pain. But in my experience, when we do finally let go of our subconscious blueprints that create the world around us, good fortune flows effortlessly. It’s amazing how available everything is to us, we just can’t see it while we’re living our lives in our little boxes we created for ourselves as young children,

STEP#7 (7:41) Don’t wait for it or look for it, go out and live your life and believe that it’s on its way to you. Don’t wait on anyone. You want to be interesting once that person comes along, don’t you?! Open yourself up wide for new opportunities and new people.
If your current circumstances cause you to emit conflicting vibes, then even as you go through the motions of acting in accordance with a scarcer financial situation than you’d like, keep your vibe focused on that of abundance. The best way to do that is by holding the heartset of gratitude. So even if you buy cheap, low-quality food, hold the vibe that you’re grateful for it and that you appreciate it. Feel appreciative that such food exists and that it’s within your budget. And then look at the high quality stuff, and emotionally invite it into your life. If possible, find one way in which you can splurge for higher quality items, like buying a few organic apples, and feel grateful that you can do that. And when you eat those apples, really enjoy them, and intend to receive more of the same.
Most people don’t consider using the Law of Attraction to bring better health into their lives, but as you noticed in the results of the aging experiment, it’s actually a great tool for that purpose. Because the Law of Attraction works with thoughts and thoughts affect our physical reality, you may be attracting poor health into your life right now without even realizing it.
Remember that you are meant to have love in your life. You are meant to have your needs met. You are meant to have a healthy mind, body, and spirit. The natural is that you will contribute to life, to be happy, and finish any unfinished business before you reach the time when you step through the threshold of light and return home.
I did your guided meditation last night. It was an intense experience for me. By the end I was crying but it helped me stop caring about the outcome which i think was the one thing I was having trouble with.
Note: need, not want. Because if you think about what exactly you need this money for (like a new house, or a new car, or a fantastic holiday etc.), you may realize that you don’t really need “a million dollars”, you need a very specific sum of money.
If you’re practicing these techniques with something simple, it’s time to take action and expect your results. If you’re using the system to find great parking, get in your car and drive to that parking spot with the full intention and expectation of finding it clear for you. Announce it out loud. “That parking spot is clear for me. I am parking in the spot that is open for me.” Again, we are fully aware that this seems really silly, but it’s a critical step.

If you find a penny, pick it up and say thank you then give it so someone else. Give money regularly to a charity or a cause that you feel close to. Find a way to donate something on a regular bases, even if it is a few dollars. Show the universe that your life is abundant and then say to yourself: “I have enough money to share with those who need it more than I do.”

I read this a few days ago and decided to try it. I heard of smelling money before but for some reason, I didn’t keep up with it. So, on Monday I smelled money every hour for about 5 or 6 hours. I smelled it and gave Thanks for all the prosperity and abundance that I have in my life right now and what was coming to me! That night, I wrote a list of reasons as to why I love money and I reread it. For the next few days, I smelled money (some days weren’t every hour but 3-5 times throughout the day) , read my list 1-3 times a day and I just tried my best to have positive feelings about money!
