I do it in the morning but also in the evening before going to bed and I have to confess that it puts me in a really wonderful state, helping me to get more focused and more clear about how I want my dream life to look like. And I trust that it will have the same effect on you.

I’m so on a roll right now…LOVE IT! Took my little guy to another appointment today. Although I brought snacks with me, I did’t eat them. I was too busy carrying little man in his car seat and wishing I had brought his stroller instead. I was so hungry! I kept thinking about other snacks but I had no money. I would walk by a little stand and think about what I could get from there if I had some change on me.

When I sit down to meditate and I see who I am, what I have and where I am, I begin a process of transformation inside that soon starts to translate into my daily actions and my overall attitude, attracting opportunities I never deemed possible and a life I never dared to think about.

For the next several nights I tried to pray, but didn’t really know what I was asking for nor did I feel much gratitude. Yes, I wanted to go to someplace “better” and of course I wanted to be happier, but what did that look like? I soon realized the first step in escaping my uninteresting, midwestern existence was having enough money to facilitate leaving. The sure-fire thing to ask for, I thought, was abundance. So at 4:30 AM on one desperate morning I searched my iPhone for abundance prayers. I found one within seconds, tucked away in some cluttered and clunky forum long forgotten by its original moderators.

The first time I did this, she was really bad at it. I found several coins during our walk together, often coins that she walked right past without even noticing. Instead of finding coins, she didn’t notice anything. The coins didn’t register within her perceptual reality.

Lately I’ve been teaching my daughter Emily (age 10) how to manifest coins. I do this by turning it into a game. When we’re out walking together, I challenge her to see if she can find more coins than I can. The first time I did this, she was really bad at it. The coins didn’t register within her perceptual reality.

Arielle: Living as if means stepping outside of your current reality and stepping into the reality you wish to be true. It’s when your daily actions reflect and are congruent with your belief that your soul mate exists and is already yours. The best example of this was revealed to me by a famous actress. Once she became clear that she was ready to share her life with someone, she began living as if that person were already a part of her life. She would play music she imagined he would enjoy; she wore pretty nightgowns to bed instead of her typical T-shirt and sweats. Every morning she would feel that they were waking up and starting their day together, and every night at dinner she would light candles and set a place for him at the table. According to this actress, he eventually arrived. She sent a clear message to the Universe, and the Universe delivered. Now you may not be willing to set a table for two each night when you have dinner, but start to consider what you could do to generate the feeling that you are already sharing your life with your beloved. For example, buy tickets to a concert or play that is several months away, holding the intention that you will attend it with a hot date. Or the next time you are shopping for greeting cards, pick up a couple that would be fitting to give to your beloved on a birthday or to celebrate your anniversary, knowing that sometime soon that day will be here.

So, practice mutual trust, share your problems often and be completely honest and open in front of each other. A very good technique is to create mutual affirmations and read them together every night before sleeping.

Manifestation’s origins are in religion and spirituality because if something spiritual becomes real, it is said to be a manifestation. The word’s usage has spread to include all aspects of life. “The submarine is a manifestation of da Vinci’s sketches.” “The crowd’s cheering hysteria was the manifestation of years of allegiance to the now victorious soccer league.”

If something like the paragraph written above is what goes through your mind when you’re trying to attract a mate, then it’s no wonder you haven’t manifested a relationship. That kind of thinking is a mentality of lack. No matter what you’re thinking about, you won’t attract anything with a mindset like that.

He couldn’t possibly predict his journey… he had to face with the unknown. Nobody had EVER climbed that mountain before! None!

To be positive means being positive as a whole, in your thoughts, words and deeds. This requires forming a positive attitude in all plains of life and truly incorporating it in your life by making it a habitual way of living.

Now, don’t get me wrong. If you’re flat broke right now and you’re trying to manifest $1,000 to pay your rent this month, you can’t expect it to happen. The reason is because fear-based thoughts are consuming your mind. And since like attracts like, you’ll end up attracting more and more negativity than you will a positive outcome.

Start by paying attention to what you focus on. Do you pay attention to what’s going right, or what’s going wrong? When you’re working on manifesting your dreams, obstacles and challenges will arise, but when you focus on what’s right, you become an incredible problem-solver, which builds confidence and quickly raises your energetic vibration. You will move through obstacles quicker.

So think back to the dream relationship you wrote down in the first exercise. Why not start talking to that person like they’re actually here? You totally can. What would you be saying to them right now? First thing in the morning? Last thing before bed? Have a conversation out loud with them in your car or in the shower. Or if you can’t bring yourself to actually do it out loud, write a letter, email or even a nice long text.

    So many people attach their happiness to outcomes, and in doing so, get overwhelmed by the process. You need to realize that the act of control has a low frequency. When you try to control everything, it doesn’t leave any room for manifestation. Negative thoughts only create barriers for the Universe to do its work.
    So keep smiling and re-establish your connections, talk with people and socialize as much as you can. Call some old friends that you haven’t contacted for a long time and try make a rapport with more people. Be proactive, don’t just sit and do nothing, look for your ideal partner!
