I always say a quick thank you for all the money that I have in my bank account before I pay a bill and for some reason it seems like extra money always shows up. It may seem weird, but it is true and I never question it.
Obviously your senses pick up a lot as you go about your day, but you only notice a puny fraction of all that input. In order to manifest money, you need to tune your senses to bring to your attention useful input that you’ve been subconsciously dismissing as irrelevant background noise. This tuning process takes some time, but you can definitely do it.
Take an aligned action. Align your actions with your goal. If you want to go to travel the world then you might need to save more money or have some other source of income while you travel. In order to ground the energy, do what you would be doing in the case when you’d be certain that it’s already yours. In our example, by saving money for your travels you’re aligning yourself with the realizing your dream — you show to the Universe that you’re certain that you’ll go therefore you’re preparing for it by saving money.

According to Freud, the latent content of a dream is the hidden psychological meaning of the dream. The manifest content is the actual literal subject matter of the dream while the latent content is the underlying meaning of these symbols.
We have spent years and years thinking the same thoughts over and over again, based on past circumstances and experiences – and most of them are not even our thoughts! And we have grooved these thoughts so strongly, that when something happens in our life, these thoughts automatically get triggered and then our old patterns play themselves out.

Some days I miss the boredom that caged me in. The days that would flow along dreamily in their video game and bath-water langour, but because of the abundance I received I have found everything that I was longing for and which had for so long been out of reach. Remember though, abundance is incredible, but with it comes with great responsibility. You may find the changes it can bring will not always be easy even if they are beneficial. If you do receive abundance my greatest wish is that you use it in line with your highest truth and as always that you are grateful before during and after receiving this gift.
A lot of what closes us off to connections is being overly judgmental of the people who show up in our lives. Having a strict “must have” list a mile long for our prospective partner is often just a form of self-sabotage.
This step is important because those competing signals can be quite strong. Weaken the signal or change the direction of those thoughts like this: Approach those feelings with the love and compassion that you would feel towards a lonely, small child or a hurt animal. When you love yourself, you open up the possibility to receive your greatest desires, and you begin to only desire the things that are best for you.
Make a commitment with yourself. This is your goal and do not stray away from it, regardless of the obstacles that will keep to encounter. You’ve got to keep trying, and never give up! It might be hard at the beginning, but soon this will become a habit and your persistence will become automatic.
This sort of input can be terrifying at first. It can make you judge yourself for wanting anything else. I get it – I was with a nice man. Everybody knew it, and I knew it. A “Nice” man alone is something that I realized a lot of women didn’t have the luxury of. Finding contentment with what you have is only good if you also open yourself up to the possibility of something more.
After situations like that, it’s easy to focus on the negative qualities of the previous relationship. “He never wanted to try new restaurants; I won’t date a guy like that again.” Or, “She was always talking about wanting to get married and have kids, what’s the rush? I won’t date another woman who puts those at the top of her priority list!”
This plan should be like one A4 page and that’s it. Make sure that you read it every day and remind yourself where you are going. This will decrease your procrastination and you can use it like a blueprint, a map that leads to your goal.
3) Releasing the Past. Is there someone you’re still in love with? Are there any past relationships in your life that are still unresolved? Almost every person that comes to see me with hopes of finding love is holding onto a past love or relationship, either consciously or unconsciously. I call this person the passenger in their car.
Know it’s going to happen. You have to come to the decision that you won’t take “no” for an answer. You have to recognize that your deep desire for a loving partner is proof that you are not meant to be alone. You have to feel in your bones that you are meant for true love and stand in that knowing no matter what the outside world shows you.
Meditation quiets the monkey mind, which is naturally biased toward negativity. Meditating does NOT mean you stop thinking. It simply means the grip around your thoughts softens. Meditation helps us withdraw attention from stressful, negative patterns we’ve created over time.
