On Wednesday, I had 4 paper dollars and a little bit of change to my name. I know from experience that it’s better release money than to try to hold on to it negatively. (Negative thoughts like this is my last, I have to hold on to it)
The next morning I said the prayer again after my 20 minutes of yoga as part of my morning ritual. I read it again mid-day just because I thought of it and when it was time for me to go to bed I recited it once more. Every day I made a point to recite this prayer. Lines from it became my mantra when I felt stressed. I even made a screen shot of it on my iPhone and would read it while waiting for appointments or while in the bathtub. It was like a spell that I was carefully weaving into my daily existence. I even began to fold it into the movement of my body. I practiced yoga with the intention that with each asana I was physically offering my power up and into my longing for abundance and my search for meaning in life–as my body strengthened so did the force behind my manifestations. I took the prayer a step further when a friend of mine came over to make vision boards. We wrote the prayer in our own handwriting on the back of the boards- reinforcing the idea that the abundance we were longing for would go towards goals we had already set for ourselves.
Normally, a person approaches such an action on autopilot, but stepping back, you’ll notice the entirety of the series of decisions and actions that make up your very, full day when you move with intention.
Breathe from the belly, not the chest. This type of breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest), which helps produce a sense of relaxation and contentment and allows us to be calm and clear when taking inspired action.
After packing up my 10 yrs of business, I started working as a healer & today my purpose is to heal as many people as I can. I thank God for choosing me to become a beautiful channel of healing & letting people reach me.
Imagine for a moment that it’s a beautiful winter morning and there’s fresh, pristine snow on the ground. You walk up to a hill with your sled, and slide down and take your first trip down to the bottom of the hill. This first time, your course was pretty random, right? Then, you walk back up to the top of the hill once more and you sled down again. Okay, the odds are that you’re going to hit at least some of the grooves you created the first time that you went down.
If this sounds like what you’re doing, then you are walking down the wrong path! Take steps to transform aspects of yourself that seem less than desirable if you like, but don’t get caught up in negative thinking. Instead, act on the nudges you get. Some examples:

Soon will come the time when the universe will reward you in the exact proportion to your beliefs and emotions. Remember that you are not searching for “happiness” but a loving relationship. Happiness is a very positive and powerful energy which you already have, if you only decide to feel it and become aware of it.
It was a stressful time in my life. I felt like I couldn’t trust my boyfriend, I was bored out of my mind living in a tiny city with no inspiration and very few things to do, I was working retail and my musical endeavors were trucking along at an agonizingly slow pace. I wanted to flee. All I could think about was moving to a brand new city, making new and inspiring friends and rebuilding my work with music from the ground up. I wanted to travel the world and experience new parts of myself that I felt were being held hostage somewhere far away from my boring city. My life had become one big nap, alone in my bedroom, broken like a dying bird in a beautiful but monotonous domestic cage.
5) Replace negative self-talk with positive thoughts. You’re living a human existence, and negative thoughts, fears and insecurities will crop up from time to time. Don’t let them take root. Replace them with present tense, positive affirmations. When you have a thought like “I’m sick and tired” replace it immediately with “I look forward to doing everything I need to do today!”
