These are all examples of manifestation. The problem isn’t learning how to manifest, we all do it all the time. The true challenge is rather how we can manifest consciously so we don’t feel powerless and like we’re dependent on a luck or any external factor.

Consider this. The human mind has upwards of 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts in a given day. Yes, every single day. Granted, many of those thoughts are repeated thoughts. But, it’s also important to note that many of those thoughts are negative thoughts based in fear, creating undue anxiety, stress and reluctance for the future.

Once you see that the Law of Attraction works without you knowing, it will reinforce your understanding that this is simply a universal law. Work with your awareness of the law and understand how it works. Then you can work with the law and align yourself with it.

That way, not only will you have more focus — and not only will you not waste time or energy trying to determine what to do next — you will have warm, active, open, and MAGNETIC manifestation channels.

Stay in touch with who you are. Align yourself to your thoughts, feelings and actions. Stay fully present to who you are and what you would like to achieve. See yourself as one with your goal, and the goal as already achieved. Create the emotion of achievement, and use it to inspire you forwards.

It’s really important to know how good (or not so good) your levels of self-esteem are. You really to love yourself in order to attract a relationship that is sustainable. The truth? Otherwise you’ll be attracting someone that will want to fix you or will magnify your need to take care of yourself better. This can be a good thing, but unless you shine light on the need for self-love and self-care then it can turn ugly very fast. So this is why it’s so important to treat yourself well and show yourself the love you think you deserve.
