1) The Soulmate List. The first list is a list of ‘Green Light’ qualities and attributes that you’d like your soulmate to have. In other words, this is what you want to “get” in a Soulmate. In this list, you’ll describe all of the physical and non-physical characteristics you envision your soulmate to have. Here you want to include things that will begin to describe the kind of man or woman who would really make your heart sing.

6. Create exact actions and habits that you will implement, starting today, to support this goal of increased wealth. You may only need to take a few actions. This is not rocket science. For some of you, it may be simply be a matter of creating accountability. You already know what to do. For some, it may be about creating an entirely new relationship with money. Some of you may need to quit your job, eliminate or add new team members.
Instead of feeling jealous, understand if you are seeing someone else living your dream, your dream is getting closer. So instead of being jealous, celebrate the love you see and bless all the loving relationships you witness. In this way, you are telling the universe to bring you some of that.
Both of these exercises are designed to work directly with law of attraction principles to boost your speed and accuracy in attracting love into your life. Through consistent practice, deliberate manifestation becomes visibly easier. It is suggested to practice these exercises for a minimum of 30 days.

I have been a student of Kathryn & Love Will Find You work for some years now and my favorite part are the guided meditations she leads a person through, along with her soul call. And her husband singing Manifesting Love, that song is one of the songs I “play” in the background of my mind & on my Ipod, keeping me in a state of positive expectation.
Today is Friday! First, let me say I went to my job 9 in the morning and our checks didn’t come yet! Mind you, I spent my last to get there. All I could do was go back home. I was upset a first but I took a deep breath and told myself that everything that happens is for my greater good. Later that afternoon, my sister let my use her car to go pick my check up. To my WONDERFUL surprise.. I had TWO checks waiting for me. As far as I know, I was only suppose to receive one! I definitely walked out the building feeling so good! The first words that came to mind were Thank You God.
Can you have it all? I believe that smart, successful women can have both a great career and a rich, warm, fulfilling love life. See – smart women like yourself were having unfulfilling love lives on an epidemic scale when I was an advisor at Harvard. They either couldn’t find the right guy, were with the wrong guy, had relationships that didn’t last, or had given up on dating entirely. So I wrote this book to remedy the situation. This is not your grandma’s dating guide.
Find ways each day to nourish your self with love, appreciation, healthy food, positive thoughts and tenderness. Begin to care for yourself as if you are the most important person in the world. You deserve your own love and affection. When you fall in love with yourself the whole world mirrors that love back to you. Oscar Wilde said it best: “To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.”
Arielle: Living as if means stepping outside of your current reality and stepping into the reality you wish to be true. It’s when your daily actions reflect and are congruent with your belief that your soul mate exists and is already yours. The best example of this was revealed to me by a famous actress. Once she became clear that she was ready to share her life with someone, she began living as if that person were already a part of her life. She would play music she imagined he would enjoy; she wore pretty nightgowns to bed instead of her typical T-shirt and sweats. Every morning she would feel that they were waking up and starting their day together, and every night at dinner she would light candles and set a place for him at the table. According to this actress, he eventually arrived. She sent a clear message to the Universe, and the Universe delivered. Now you may not be willing to set a table for two each night when you have dinner, but start to consider what you could do to generate the feeling that you are already sharing your life with your beloved. For example, buy tickets to a concert or play that is several months away, holding the intention that you will attend it with a hot date. Or the next time you are shopping for greeting cards, pick up a couple that would be fitting to give to your beloved on a birthday or to celebrate your anniversary, knowing that sometime soon that day will be here.
Like all things with the Law of Attraction, it begins with your thoughts. If you believe you can manifest money fast, you can. You must BE the person that manifests money quickly. Do what someone who manifests emergency money would do and you will manifest emergency money.
Whether you subscribe to what some call “airy fairy-ness” law of attraction principles or not, implementing these habits can only make you feel better, improve your mood AND your brain waves, so why not give it a shot?
2) De-Cluttering your Mind. De-Cluttering your Mind means exactly that. It means letting go or releasing any fears or beliefs you have about love that are keeping love away from you. For example, many people believe they have some kind of fatal flaw or secret that may repulse others. For women, it normally is something physical, and for men, it is normally something in their financial situation or career. These insecurities will lead you to having thoughts such as:
Imagine you hold in your hands all the money you need. Feel the bills in your hands. Bring them up to your nose and smell the money. Inhale the beautiful fragrance of money. Now count the money, laying each bill down in front of you. See in your mind’s eye each bill as you lay it down. Make the entire experience as real and vivid as possible.
Putting your ultimate goal out into the world—even just to acknowledge that you wish it—can itself be a scary proposition if the goal is big enough and crazy enough. We ask ourselves (a la Marianne Williamson and Nelson Mandela), “Who am I to think I can be/do/have this?” This thought and the attendant feelings and associations that come with it are what we first need to tap on.
Desire is about what you wish to create. You could describe this vibe as passion, excitement, or even lust. It’s a delicious pool of emotions you summon by focusing on a new target. The stronger your desire, the better, so amp it up!
STEP#5 (5:02) If the lists aren’t compatible, for example, you wrote down that your perfect relationship is spontaneous and adventurous, but you yourself aren’t spontaneous or adventurous, it’s time to work on yourself. In essence, you should become your own soul mate.
The law of attraction teaches that you focus on always expands. So if you want to experience more love in your life, start noticing the million and one ways it’s manifesting in front of you every day.
Acceptance. The next principle of conscious manifestation is acceptance. I don’t mean giving up or attitude saying ‘whatever’. What I’m talking here about is acceptance of your new belief and that it’s true for yourself and you can have it. Just accept that it’s already yours. Don’t focus on reasons why it shouldn’t work out, instead surrender yourself to your desire and fully accept it in your life. Accept that this is what you want and that you want to have it.

Control is always rooted in fear. Anytime we are substituting “allowing” or “surrender” with control, it is a sign of being untrusting in our own ability to create. We are being doubtful, and we always attract what we are presently being. Control contains the vibration of fear and lack, and so we will attract more things to be fearful about.
We don’t even have to think of this as an abstract spiritual law. It’s just basic psychology. If you believe you will achieve (x) and align your thoughts, emotions, and intentions with achieving (x), then of course you are going to improve your chances of bringing it into your reality.
It took four years for our home to sell, but it finally did last year. When we went to look for our new home, we were greatly dismayed to discover that there was almost nothing for sale. Apparently, the people in the area we wanted rarely sold their ranches, and the few we saw were falling apart.
The possibilities for attraction with the Law of Attraction are only limited by your imagination. Start thoughtfully. It’s important to take time to think about the process: where your life is now and where you want it to be.
There’s a lot of scientific research behind the effects of mindfulness, and it’s well beyond the scope of this guide. What you should know is that mindfulness is proven to relieve things like anxiety and depression and has an incredibly beneficial effect on things like blood pressure, the immune system, heart rate and even cancer.

All of the nuances and techniques are delivered to you through a simple eight-week outline of suggested activities for systematically building your energy to manifest money. Some of my exercises may feel a bit unconventional or even radical, but if you can open your mind up to the “energetic purpose” of each exercise, you’ll understand the fundamental purpose of this program… which is to align you energetically with that which you desire. The whole point is to shift your energy because even though you feel like you’re “flesh and blood,” you’re really just a bunch of vibrating molecules that are attracting similar vibrating molecules. So, if you’re feeling uncomfortable with something at first, it means that your “molecules” are bound to get a good energy shift by doing the exercise and overcoming that energetic hurdle.
The more you focus on what you love about yourself, the more self-love you will experience. Others will fall in love with you, too, simply because it feels great to be around people who love themselves.
This is not meant to be an exhaustive and comprehensive business plan with all the details and tasks in it. Maybe this will happen at a later stage when you will have your own company already working with profit and with many employees, but for now, keep it simple.
So who is your Soulmate? What does he or she look like? What are their qualities? What is it that makes them unique and attractive to you? For many of us, this journey towards our Soulmate begins by first experiencing what we do not want. Funny how life works, isn’t it? If you have been, or currently find yourself, in a relationship where you find that things are not flowing, it feels like it’s too much work, you argue and fight a lot, you don’t feel like you are compatible or complement each other, the passion is long gone, you constantly feel anxious about the relationship and you’re struggling to be happy, instead of feeling stronger, supported and inspired you feel weakened, or the person is in another relationship and not available to you, chances are that you’re not with your soulmate.
Have a clear intention. Conscious manifestation is all about intention. Intend that your vision happens at your will. Manifestation doesn’t require an effort but being focused on what you want. Intention gives a clear direction to your desire. By being focused, you say to the energy where it should go. Imagine that you’d like to start a yoga studio but your energy and focus would go on being on Facebook and chatting with your friends. While there is nothing inherently bad about that, the thing is that you lack energy that you need to support your dream. Every dream needs a certain amount of energy to manifest in a physical reality. This is where focus and intention play a major role.
