And it’s got to be probably the most difficult thing, too. Usually I have *some* sort of emotional attachment to manifesting a sum of money. Even though I pretend I don’t, tell myself I don’t — down deep, I do. And it’s that tiny attachment, that wanting/needing that sets up a tiny sense of anxiety, urgency, or grasping hopefulness that somehow messes up my energy and I go from manifesting money to manifesting not-money/wanting money. And I’m not quite good enough at LOA yet to get past that consistently. (Notice that “yet”!)
Simply put, money is just a story that someone invented and that took hold. It was decided, that some particular shape of coin, or inlaid metallic object, and piece of paper was worth more than the material it represented. This started out as a thought in someone’s mind. That thought is now commonplace. We now expect that a piece of paper with a certain number on it, with a specific color and other identifying elements, is worth something more than the paper it’s printed on.
But before we look to the year ahead and start setting heart-centered goals and manifesting for the future, it’s imperative to begin by looking behind us. Reflection is a super-important piece of the puzzle because it allows us to re-align, tune in and ponder on our truth… so let’s get to it!
If you’re taking a live class, then not to worry! You’ll receive a recording of every session, emailed to you 24 hours after the class time has passed. Links to each session will be archived on the class curriculum page.
Imagine you hold in your hands all the money you need. Feel the bills in your hands. Bring them up to your nose and smell the money. Inhale the beautiful fragrance of money. Now count the money, laying each bill down in front of you. See in your mind’s eye each bill as you lay it down. Make the entire experience as real and vivid as possible.
The first is sending my intention out to the Universe. So, if I want to manifest $10,000 in one month, I will say it outloud to the Universe, or I will write it in my journal, or I’ll simply think it.
Attract love, relationships, and passion into your life with the powerful law of attraction with this soothing program from the world-renowned Sleep Learning System, narrated by best-selling hypnotherapist Rachael Meddows.
“Even though I doubt I can ___ [state your goal, whether it be a goal about what you will be, a goal about what you will do, or a goal about what you will have], I fully and completely accept myself.”
It’s difficult to imagine that thoughts and feelings can have an effect on the world around us. Fortunately, advances in technology and science allow us to visibly and immediately experience the effects of our thoughts. Just like watching an apple fall through the air, there are experiments that demonstrate the immediate effects of thoughts and feelings.
Try this exercise with anything, and once you’ve mastered it, Step 1 of the Law of Attraction techniques becomes much easier. Improve visualization by recording your voice reading the exercise out loud and then playing it back with your eyes closed and concentrating on the techniques.
So take a few moments now to think yourself into this new future where you have already achieved your goal. Here’s where you will almost certainly need to do several rounds of tapping to assist your visualization and affirmation processes. This is something that, for really big goals, I recommend you repeat daily.
You have a lot to offer; a lot of great advice on Manifesting Dreams, but I’d like to add, if I may, that your purpose in life, your calling comes from GOD ABOVE so if you subject yourself to Him, you’re much more likely to manifest your dreams 😉 God bless.
