This is where lots of people get stuck with the LoA. They put out conflicting vibes every day. They may visualize having more money and feeling abundant and grateful, but then they go to the grocery store, and they buy cheap, low quality food because in the back of their mind, they’re saying to themselves that they can’t afford the good stuff. And that naturally cancels out the vibe of abundance, so the result is no change.
You can’t effectively wield the power of manifestation by believing that you can manifest something you desire (i.e. money) while simultaneously believing that something you desire has power over you (i.e. money).
For me, I’ve noticed that when I’m consistently doing daily manifestation work, I feel more relaxed, confident, and at ease. All fear and doubts wash away. From this state, I’m able to draw more of what I desire toward me.

I think the exercises can be used to cultivate any dream and want – the key is sticking with the laws of attraction! Made me realize that I used to do these things but for some unknown reason stopped doing it.

Or, you can set a goal for the month. Pick a number that feels scary, but not too scary. That feels doable, but not too doable. Pick something you’ll have to work for. Then, do the same steps: Add up your non-negotiables and see what you have left. Take that cushion and dedicate it to savings, retirement, stocks, clothing, spa days, etc.

I stay in a profound state of gratitude for my wish having been already realized — as if it already were brought into being. My prayer is without effort; rather, it is felt as an already accomplished fact.
If it is your burning desire to become a professional basketball player, ask yourself how natural it feels to you to be on the court, competing at the professional level. If this feels unnatural to you, you may eventually, with persistence, achieve this wish fulfilled, but only until you have become so aligned with that experience that it feels completely natural to dunk a basketball and sink a free-throw.
it’s SO true when you don’t “need” it. That was when I manifested the most I ever had in my life. It was keeping it loose and light and enjoying money coming in- having even more gratitude for it when it did.

I’m so on a roll right now…LOVE IT! Took my little guy to another appointment today. Although I brought snacks with me, I did’t eat them. I was too busy carrying little man in his car seat and wishing I had brought his stroller instead. I was so hungry! I kept thinking about other snacks but I had no money. I would walk by a little stand and think about what I could get from there if I had some change on me.
Begin by training yourself to notice love in the world around you, from your personal relationships to images in media to the people in your neighbourhood. For example, I’ve felt my heart break a little (in a good way!) from watching older couples walk down the street hand in hand. Despite all the madness in the world at large, love is still plentiful. All you need to do is train yourself to see it.
You’re not just close to having abundance in all areas of your life: you’re already there. In fact, the things you desire most – love, prosperity, and health, are part of your natural state of being. They’re just hanging out, waiting for you to put them to work, so ask them for help!
