Writing your goals will not only help you get clear, but will help you create inspired action steps toward your dreams. Connecting to your “why” means connecting to the feeling that achieving the goal will give you. When we connect to the “why,” we raise our vibration and become magnets for attracting the people, circumstances, etc. that will help us achieve our goal.
Most people don’t consider using the Law of Attraction to bring better health into their lives, but as you noticed in the results of the aging experiment, it’s actually a great tool for that purpose. Because the Law of Attraction works with thoughts and thoughts affect our physical reality, you may be attracting poor health into your life right now without even realizing it.
It is merely not sufficient to know exactly what you want and to wish for it. It is like calling a fine dining restaurant and just telling them to book a table for you. You have to tell the restaurant clerk that you need a table for 2 for the specific day (say tomorrow) for dinner at 7.30 pm and you want this table to be near the window so that you can have the view of the city.

Wow. We must learn to take accountability for ourselves and the inner work. Nobody saves us, we save ourselves and then the universe reflects this self-love back to us. Whatever we give to ourselves becomes reflected to us in our external reality through the Law of Attraction. Everything starts from within, and is mirrored externally.
Then, as I’m walking down the street, there’s 2 people coming towards me giving away snacks as part of their marketing campaign I guess. A young lady came over and gave me Yodels and Devil Dogs! I manifested 2 free snacks! It was so cool!
There’s a lot of scientific research behind the effects of mindfulness, and it’s well beyond the scope of this guide. What you should know is that mindfulness is proven to relieve things like anxiety and depression and has an incredibly beneficial effect on things like blood pressure, the immune system, heart rate and even cancer.
But conscious creators know that we can have whatever we are willing to learn the vibration of. We don’t have to figure out how or make it happen – all we have to do is offer the vibrational instruction of whatever we want. And then it must become so.
9) Finally, learn to fall in love with yourself fully. The more you learn to fully love and accept yourself, the more you’ll learn to recognize other peoples’ love, too. Begin by loving yourself and accepting yourself just the way you are, with all your quirks and idiosyncrasies (and we all have them). Work on accepting your weaknesses, your strengths, your limitations, your guilt and insecurities as part of your make-up.

I also feel more relaxed with no pressure what so ever because it is easier to conceive smaller, but increasing amount of money that large ones all of a sudden! Continuing with the same example of you wanting to have money, you may rather say “I want to be in a job that pays me 10,000 dollars per month”. Another example could be “I want a 5 bedroom house, with a garage, kitchen garden, heated swimming pool, front lawn and beautiful drive way in this city (name of city)”.
The steps that follow…are POWERFUL! And I’m not saying this to get you excited about yourself or to give you any “false hope“. Believe me, that is the last thing on my mind. These methods WORK! They work, but only when you put them into action and not when you read them.
According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you are sending out. To attract more of what you want, you have to raise your vibration. Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously sending out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it (read: stay positive and thankful).
Whatever you are thinking has a way to become reality, you can attract that exact thing you are anxious of, or worrying about, unless you stop doing so, and replace all that nonsense with positive thoughts. In line with this, put in mind what you really want, and stick to it, do not be like the weather that keeps changing.
Keep it in your bedroom or office, and let it fill you with excitement and good feelings each and every time you see it. For people who are more moved by images than words, a dream board can hold more sway than repeating affirmations. Ideally, however, you’ll try doing both! What have you got to lose
If you think that once you have money, you will become stronger, you’re crazy. Absolutely deluded! More likely — if you actually did manifest money from that kind of vibe — you’d grow even weaker. This would be a bad outcome for you, even though it seems like what you want. You’d be a weak-minded, weak-hearted person with more money, and you’d still see the money as more powerful than you, even while it’s in your possession. You’d then become attached to it and afraid of losing it because you’d still mistakenly see it as a power source. It would become a source of security for you, a constantly vulnerable one. The more money you had, the more paranoid you’d become about losing it. This would really mess you up big time. So be very, very glad that you naturally attract less money when you think of money as a power source. If you invite money into your life from that crazy frame of giving away your power, then money will become your Master, and you will be forever its slave. Don’t even go there!
