I started with manifesting pennies in the Summer of 2006. Then I graduated to nickels, dimes, and quarters. I focused on quarters for several weeks. Then I progressed to dollars to $100 to $1000 to $10K to $50K. Overall it took less than a year to go from manifesting pennies to manifesting $50K. After that point I become more interested in non-monetary manifesting and had some especially fun times with manifesting in my social life — friends, mentors, and other yumminess. In fact, I honestly feel that manifesting money is a bit boring compared to all the other cool stuff you can manifest. It’s like playing a video game and obsessing over score. That can be fun for a while, but eventually you want to focus on more interesting aspects of the game world.
STEP #2 (2:10) Raise your vibration by closing your eyes and feeling the way you want to feel when you have that person in your life – confident, secure, steady, happy, comfortable, content, accomplished, harmonious.
Whenever you start feeling bad about your financial situation, see that as a form of feedback. Let it become an immediate trigger to refocus on your desires. Say to yourself, “Okay, obviously I don’t want this. So what do I want instead?” Then think about happier alternatives; allow your mind to go there, and let the resulting new vibe flow through you.
For example – the difference between the cheapest and more expensive hand soap is usually only a few bucks, but every time you wash your hands, you’re reminded that you’re worth a more luxurious life.
What I love about this book is that it is practical and insightful. He not only explains what the Law of Attraction is, but he explains how you can use it for results. The affirmations in this book are the best I have heard, and the question and answer section is a great, insightful addition. I highly recommend this book.
Now, don’t get me wrong. If you’re flat broke right now and you’re trying to manifest $1,000 to pay your rent this month, you can’t expect it to happen. The reason is because fear-based thoughts are consuming your mind. And since like attracts like, you’ll end up attracting more and more negativity than you will a positive outcome.
If there is a specific person you’re interested in, be careful about making them your focus because to attract someone specific can easily backfire. Sure, get to know them if you don’t already, but this has to be about you, your beliefs and attitude about yourself.
So, practice mutual trust, share your problems often and be completely honest and open in front of each other. A very good technique is to create mutual affirmations and read them together every night before sleeping.
#2 Do loving things for you. Is there something that you’ve been needing lately that you’ve been putting off cause you’ve been subconsciously telling yourself “I don’t deserve it?” For example: Have you known that you need to go to the dentist but you’ve been putting it off forever? Have you realized that you need to make a diet or lifestyle change but you keep shoving it in the back of your mind? Have you been feeling like you’ve been needing some support from a therapist or coach but you’ve been putting it off for months?
Take another look at the life partner you designed according to all the key qualities you value. Next, try to think of how you can cultivate those precise traits in yourself. For example, if ambition is on your list, ask yourself how you can work harder to achieve your goals (in work, and in life more broadly).
Since the brain is Velcro for negative experiences, it is natural that we worry so much. It’s just the brain’s tendency. Keep a worry list for 2 weeks. The minute you start to worry write it down. This not only helps release the heavy energy that often keeps us stuck, but at the end of 2 weeks you will notice none of the worries were warranted. Your brain will have proof that worry is a waste of energy.

#1 Release past resentments. Are you holding any grudges towards your current partner or a past one? Are you still disappointed over some actions made? Are you still bitter in any way? If so, give yourself the intention to let it go.
Have a clear intention. Conscious manifestation is all about intention. Intend that your vision happens at your will. Manifestation doesn’t require an effort but being focused on what you want. Intention gives a clear direction to your desire. By being focused, you say to the energy where it should go. Imagine that you’d like to start a yoga studio but your energy and focus would go on being on Facebook and chatting with your friends. While there is nothing inherently bad about that, the thing is that you lack energy that you need to support your dream. Every dream needs a certain amount of energy to manifest in a physical reality. This is where focus and intention play a major role.
As word of my success spread, people approached me for advice, attracted to my method. These strategies work for me. They work for others. They will work for you. Believe in the Law of Attraction. Believe in yourself. You can manifest a relationship with a specific person.
8. Go on an APPRECIATION RAMPAGE and preserve an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE. Relish the moment and be appreciative of all that you have. Be aware of every opportunity that comes your way and honor where you are on your path. Look at each experience as neither good nor bad, but as an opportunity to learn and grow. Don’t scold yourself when you make a mistake.
It’s easy to want to sprint through to the end of the year without stopping and taking a moment to acknowledge the year that’s been, all that you have achieved, and all the growth that’s taken place. In fact, I’ve heard a lot of people say they can’t wait for this year to be over, or that this year was their worst year yet. (I’ve even heard peeps refer to 2016 as ‘two thousand and shit-teen’!) Now sure, I understand you may have had a challenging year — but it’s all perfect. Everything always is! Everything is always unfolding the way it’s supposed to. So, before you write this year off as a total shit sandwich, please take a moment to reflect back… you may be pleasantly surprised.

So to be clear: step one is to define what you want to manifest. And, as explained elsewhere, you must have a strong desire for that outcome to happen, resolute belief that it will happen, and a high level of expectation or expectancy that it is possible for it to happen. There are many techniques to do that.

8. KEEP YOUR VIBRATIONAL ENERGY HIGH. Another very important step. This means keep your spirits high as much as possible. We all go through difficult times, but try to find the humor in the challenges. Take chances. Say YES! Look for the good in everything. Yes, even that mother-in-law you’re dreading seeing at Thanksgiving is a good person who is here to teach you. Find out what that lesson is and be done with it. I said, be done with IT, not HER! Feelings that vibrate low are jealousy, anger, fear, hatred, resentment — you get the point. Bad feelings that make you feel, well, BAD. Check those at the door! LOVE vibrates the highest and will attract all the good stuff to you. You feel GOOD — you attract GOOD. Again, it’s that simple.
9) Finally, learn to fall in love with yourself fully. The more you learn to fully love and accept yourself, the more you’ll learn to recognize other peoples’ love, too. Begin by loving yourself and accepting yourself just the way you are, with all your quirks and idiosyncrasies (and we all have them). Work on accepting your weaknesses, your strengths, your limitations, your guilt and insecurities as part of your make-up.
