I recently read about Steven Callahan who was lost at sea in a small raft for seventy-six days. His boat had sunk west of the Canary Islands. He was able to write his book, Adrift, only because he was committed to getting back home and living. It wasn’t a matter of “if” he got home, he always thought about what he was going to do “when” he got home. Every action he took to keep himself alive was inspired from the passion he felt about getting home. He always found a way to eat, drink and keep his body working from his belief that he could survive at sea alone. And that he did!
When you’re in the know, you’re deliberate about what you want. When you’re in the know, you no longer vibrate energy of fear or disbelief. You just know. As your disbelief wilts away, wanting is replaced by knowing. Getting into the know happens naturally. When you diligently practice steps one through four, you will clean house, get clear and feel happier. This process is healing and powerful, and it leads to a deep inner knowing that you are right where you need to be. Accepting your greatness in this moment, right now, is what manifests more greatness. Being in the know helps you accept that you already are living in your desired manifestation. When you feel it, you live it — regardless of what is happening on the outside. In time, the universe catches up with your energy and your desires come into form. This process of allowing the manifestation to follow your internal faith is the true process of co-creation.
What is admired now is a person who seems to know a lot of stuff, a person who makes sense when they talk, someone successful in their own field, a person with a purpose in life, some who can listen and understand others, show compassion and GIVE before trying to TAKE.

To suddenly feel beautiful, light and vital when you most of your life you’ve been overweight felt unattractive, heavy and sluggish, is extremely challenging for most people. And, if you’ve lived from paycheck to paycheck most of your life, it is almost impossible to believe you are abundant, happy and free.
Allow the universe to handle the details, and don’t be concerned with how the money will manifest. Just focus on the intention by taking guided action. When you receive small amounts of money, do not try to justify it rationally, just be thankful and believe that your intention of manifesting money is finally happening. Slowing in time, you will manifest larger and larger amounts.
Much of Freud’s psychoanalytic theory centered on helping people bring these hidden, unconscious thoughts and feelings into awareness. It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
